chilly what type of load do you use to test these to a given load.
also how does that compare for what fugger gets with his systems?
i need a reliable load to test to
i can imagine the fun you have working or several systems all at once with all new parts.
Ouch!Quote:

Maybe when R402 be available I will recharge it.
Best looking heads I've ever seen. I'm getting my phase directly from you.Quote:

Monday I have a meeting with a shipping to get cartons made that they guarentee will work. The one that came back was damaged further.
Hopefullt by the end of the week we willhave this problem solved.
that must really piss the hell out of you those damb shipping companies.
Chilly use FEDEX FRIEGHT!!
Costs a TON, but they will come to oyur house pick it up on the truck they will use to take it to the destination on :)
So if you put it in the truck with him and have the guy on other end take it out it never moves. :)
damn that sucks lol. Who do you use to ship? If it is UPS then you should expect package mishandling lol. On my lunch break I sat and watched a UPS guy deliver like 10-15 packages into a business building. All I can say is that if any one of those packages had something breakable in them they probably won't be able to recognize it lol.
I'm just glad you're taking the proper measures to preserve not only the product itself, but the quality of the excellent service you provide as well. Keep up the good work chilly. :toast:Quote:

I only have shipped 2 of these outr so far both had damage I thought is was maybe a loose wire on the first one but the thins went out there in a rectangle box abnd came back in a box more oval than square. SO tell me how they crush all the corners on a 140 lb box with only 43 lbs in it? Well I will find a means to saftlyy ship these . and Fedex freight??? well I just tried them with a modded prommie with a pallatte under it and the pallatte is broken and it was made out of 1/2" marine plywood?? I think I got it solved though.. I'll post packaging opic next tuesday.. maybe a horn that sounds at 120 db when the package is mishandled???
Wow, that's ridiculous. :(Quote:

Just insure the package for like twice as much. soon they will have to strighten up or it will cost them a small fortune after a while :hehe:Quote:

But Reggie, I saw how you package all, and it is well packaged, and a 2/2 damage is just !!too!! bad....
unbelievable... just freekin' unbelievable.

I myself did got LiquidFrostbyte damaged and lost more then a few bucks because of that... Even with FedEx.... the best really is Canada Post, they never lost any of my packages, damaged something once (in like 200 things I shipped at least), and they paid bad in like only 3 days...
Sounds like to me, it was a drunk fork lift driver. As far as the horn, if it had a mercury contact that set it off when tilted more than 45° angle, it should work.Quote:

For the crushing aspect of it, unless you use those strong plastic crates, you would amlost have to weld together a small cage for it. I have seen this done way back when I worked in shipping and recieving. Customers where tired of getting there stuff all banged up, so they devise the cage method for extra security. And no, even these didn't prevent all mishaps.
wow. the shipping industry sucks. alot.is it really that hard to not screw up and destroy something?
Not really they just start denying all claims.. (You could say they are in deinial)Quote:

Yes, he cant disclose the price in this thread/forum since it would be a kind of for sale thread, and this is not what this thread is aimed for...
It adds 100 Lbs. Ouch!!!
Well it did get there in one piece though. There has to be an economical way to ship safely.
pick it up? :)
I am afraid that option isn't possible for someone like me. :(Quote:

takes me 6-7 hours to down town Vegas. But o well.

What is the difference between R134a and R404. Which one is better suited for cooling around 100W heat. What temp range for which?Quote:

could you build a crate out of 2x4's and ply wood wouldnt it be cheaper/ liter? then what you can to is put the whole thing in a palstic bag and fill the crate with srap foam so it expands arround it it will more then likely add about 50-60lbs more but it should be safe
If it was being handled by hand, that would work. If it's handled with a fork lift, it'll be tooth picks and peanut foam when they are done with it.
No, the fact is that if it is handled !AS THEY SHOULD! it wouldnt break....
Very True, I agree 100%Quote:

You dont need to integrate chillcontroll, if you have G-Froster availableQuote:
