Just let it go, I was venting some frustration because of all to many people (and even reviewers) using software readings as the truth.

Guess on some motherboards it can even be pretty close, but on DFI's it's just way off. Or do you have one that magically reports accurate? If so, bring on the pictures!

ditto, as with virtually all of them, mine reads approx .02-.03v lower in software than what is set in bios. and the board actually overvolts a tad from the bios setting, adding to the discrepency, as can be measured with digi MM. this is also very typical of the DFI UT LP NF4s.

I don't think vOdka is trying to be a jerk or anything, just pointing out that this seems to be a near-universal truth with these boards:stick: you may very well have one of the very few that is closer to accurate :fact:

My board works just like you have described.

Seems AB0 revision does have some good things...

I have a DFI and the bios is set to 1.475 for my CPU, my guardian says it's only 1.43 for my 2.75ghz.

I can see where you are comming from......BTW the original poster has not posted any shots of stability.

I still say 3ghz@1.4 is amazing, but i'm still doubting it's anything but Windows stable.

my c-19 sli is waaay off
i set at 1.525, and it reports as 1.2...
but this is a intel-nvidia sli board

Hopefully get a decent clocker as I have a X2 4400 CCBWE 0529 RPMW at the mo that tops out at 2.6GHz 1.57v (all the board has to give!) and core0 fails quickly on prime at even 2610

my 0619 toledo with the DFI RS482 doesnt clock so well.
1.55v for 2.8ghz..
but i think its the board and the insanely crappy mATX psu i have.

i have an ultra-d coming next week so i'll know for sure what its capable of.
