thanks is chilled ethanol and it is "VERY" cool.. down below -65c
cpu temp during all benching never dropped below -28c in bios ;) botto0m of block maintained a load temp of -56c wish I had access to a 20k VR for the vmod today as I think i could have pulled off some 3100mhz benches :)
more to follow and opf course 3d and a top spot on the 3dmark orb :)
PLEASE answer my question. ANYBODY.
Tell me please, does anyone own a CG-revision of A64?
I was watching this thread and it seems that everyone have C0.
I think all fx53's are CG's if so ask OPP or XMAN they both ahve these chips.
I'm not talking aboun FX. I'm asking about Athlon64 (No FX).
ahh well then out of the 100 forums I vist I have not seen one :(
paul007 hmm..... I looked at this: http://www.amd.com/us-en/assets/cont...docs/25759.pdf
and found out that there're A64 CG.
oh yeah there has been but I dont know when there are going to start shipping :(
so paul where are your ownage 3d benches ;)
stock 9800xt was dishish out in the 24.5-25k+ region the rest you all have to wait for till I get the card cooling on and have the time to vmod the 9800xt and so on..Quote:

Gaurt. 30k ;)
I might aswell publish my currently OC result - not maxed out yet..!!
CPU is a 3000+ CAATC 0350XPMW

This is 112% stable and for everyday use - at only 47°c full load with watercooling...
I need to do the vCore mod to get much higher as my board maxes at 1,7v.....
Anyway there will be more from me later on, as I will convince myself about trying with 1,7v in vCore....
I'm doing a SuperPI in 39sec. on 2400MHz with 200MHz on RAM, is that okey or is it too slow?
(1M ;))
39s for a 2400 A64 is not good. But them what are the timings on your mem? You should be seing around 36s with decent timings or higher clocks. I got 35s with 2.6g and mem at 3-4-4-7 at 270FSB
Edit: Sorry not 2.6G but rather 2.46G

anybody going to try the New Athlon64 2800+??
Yeah I`d like to. I saw a review a few days ago that showed it faster than the 3X00+`s in memory bandwidth.
Its a bit slow yes, what timings do you run ?Quote:

i got 35sec with 2500mhz and 227mhz on my mem. 2-2-2-5.
And my record is 34sec with2500mhz and 250mhz on my mem. 2.5-2-2-5 :)
I think it is because i'm only running 200MHz on my mem. and auto timings?

Here's what I got.
Zalman 7000CU on CPU.
3.6V on memory
Albatron k8x800 proII mobo
Swiftech cooling soon
Look at the memory timings. It's not photoshop. Memory is OCZ premier series - the cheapest memory from OCZ.
Good god. That`s pretty amazing stuff 2PiZzA! If you EVER want to sell your mem I`ll buy!
This mem did only 217 2-2-2-5 with vmod on p4c800-e deluxe.
It's funkin weird. I just can't believe it.
Oh, Lord. Look what I did with air cooling.

Hehe, printscreen stable ? :)Quote:

Not going to last long with 1.9v!!
1.9v is not a problem. Gonna vmod mobo for higher vcore.
It's realy printscreen stable. But if you look at http://www.vr-zone.com/ocdb/search.php , my a64 is the fastest 3200+ with air cooling. With the highest FSB and memclk.
but 2464MHz = 260x9.5 @ 1.8VDC is absolutely stable. With 2-2-2-5 mem timings in synchro.
