It could well have been DFI. Apparently, they are into catching fire thesedays!
Keep on trucking Hipro & Paddle your own Canoe m8y!
Thanks guys.......:)
Please don't speculate........I can't say........Thanks......:)
sorry hipro..
good luck!
Hipro. have you found out if this works with the ASUS A8V Deluxe rev. 2.0 yet? Thanks.
Wow man, if i understood correctly, the maximizer will provide the vdimm and the mobo will be free from this heavy task ! One less bottleneck for the xtreme OCer and one less possible source of instability/heat/problems. And it can do so after the system is already stabilized at windows :D . (correct me if im wrong =P) This is not something that will just make Vmods not needed...its MUCH more ! Good luck Hipro, i hope u will do well.
just sitting here waiting paitiently on my Maxamizer :)
i hope the ship out soon Hippro
niiiiceeee.....a greek booster (sorry...maximizer..:D)
but IMHO best thing is that your efforts will be turned in mass production...that's the final word of all experimental jobs....great dude !
my guess is june :)
yes I think you're right. With this maximizer u wouldnt need a vcore bump when running 3.0+ vdimm. The a64 memctrler doesnt get affected and that's a good thing.Quote:

doubt that. cpu power and vdimm power are completley unrelated on mobo's and you still need to raise the vcore.
Its not about taking load off of the mobo, its about dealing with poor circuit design on mobo's. The maximizer is capable of providing alot more power then most mobos and a more stable vdimm as well.
BTW Hipro, what is that 2-phase power? im no EE so im just guessing by amount of fets/coils.
. . . . this to work with AMD OR Intel, correct????
