Ask the Dothan people how you perform the mod, it's quite popular among laptop users. Here's a guide, since it's a PM they're using other pins for the mod but otherwise it should be the same.

The old corresponding mod for Athlon XP allowed higher clocks on nVidia mobos, I'd say it's worth a try. Just make sure you do it right.

Is it possible to kill cpu/mobo if I connect wrong pins? I know you will say anything can kill it but still. I mean anyone seen dead cpus/mobos from this?

for all you euro guys aopen holland will have a shipment of boards tomorrow.
this is from my aopen trade suppliers in the uk. shame they cant get me one until they place there next big order in 1-2 weeks.

Which letter/number on the cpu shows it to be stepping 4 or stepping 8? I know it was already written somewhere but I can't find it at the moment.

I talked to oc-wear.de today, the guy told me, that the status ist, that boards are shipped to them. But he doens´t know, how much they get.

They ordered at least 50 boards, 24 are preordered.
