I finally found out that two of my crunchers were under performing due to some resource hogging programs. So hopefully it'll put me back to almost 20k ppd. Now dont you guys go buying too many i7s or my Q6600s will be really upset!:p:

I've used nearly every brand of servers, they all have their pros and cons. Company dictates which brand I get to work with, I am really starting to like their smart array product line. Nice for those places you don't need a full SAN but want some of the benefits. So I don't really get to complain. However, I won't ever work with EMC units again. If you can ever avoid EMC, do it...go with Network Appliance instead. Better products, better service/support and better price. :up:Quote:
