Yes I know my time sucks for that clockspeed, but what can you do.
If i knew how to tweak my software better I'd be close to 4:30, as you can see in the japanese SuperPi8M ranking (where 5300Mhz did 4:30 on the same processor). Glad you have such a great score on your FX-53, too bad it costs as much as i earn in a month :( My 2.8A cost about 160€ :banana:

I use 1:1 memdivider, so that CPU is 250Mhz and mem is 250Mhz.

If you mean 533Strap, I was not able to use it after about 4,8GHz.
I had to change to 800strap to make it all the way to 5,2Ghz, which is bad because 533strap is so much faster.

If anyone can tell me why I was not able to use 533strap, please tell me :confused:

There is a special bios than runs memory faster than fsb I think its 4:5 ratio.

Yes I am aware of that, and with IC7-G it is possible to do that without any special Bios. However, I have not yet found memory that does 248Mhz x (5/4) = 310Mhz with timings 2-2-2-5. If you do, please let me know :stick:

i drive some test with +12c water and i think im ready to use some
xtreme cooling, next week i get LN2 and lets see what i can do with that

Sorry didnt notice that your ram was that high and I didnt think how much 4:5 would increase it.... :rolleyes:

im get 53/s with P4 2.8 but other people in amd with 2000 Mhz clock looks better !!

so what the program depend on .. cause looks like not the more Ghz get lower seconds

AMD uses more instructions per clock cycle so it takes less Ghz for them to equal a higher clocked Pentium 4, you need to overclock ;)

You can do it but I did it with the 2.8Vdimm MAX on it.......I do not know if the 3.2Vdimm that the Max3 has , will work though......If you mod your Max 3 with Vdimm , VTT ,and within bios play up to 2.8Vdimm , it'll work.....I haven't tested if it does works with unmoded Vdimm......... ;)
