To get rid of the recycle bin, download this: http://download.microsoft.com/downlo...ertoySetup.exe. Launch it, go to Desktop, uncheck Recyclin Bin. Click OK. The icon should be disappeared.

Or just right click on desktop/organize/uncheck the show icons on desktop.
