In my case, I'm starting up a second computer in water.....and since I need to buy a new cpu water block, may as well upgrade mine and reuse my Fuzion V1 in the wife's computer. Makes very good sense in that regard.
Just to upgrade for the sake of upgrading.....if you don't mind tearing your loop apart repeatedly, spending your money twice....sure, it's a great upgrade. But if your loop is already functioning well, ie. keeping your cpu/nb/gpu/whatever's temps under control satisfactorily, then of course it isn't worth the upgrade.
But if one has to have the latest and greatest, it's there to buy and try. And that compulsion, which is in all of us to some extent, is what makes the consumer market turn.
So, as has been said so many times before, it's up to you to decide if it's worth the purchase or not....of either this component or any other.
