Hi,
First goal here was to reach the 7000 marks without the need of overclocking the cpu and the ram:

pencil vmod for vdd = 2.37v and vddq = 2.24v (ma ram is weak 515 at stock) + mem timing tweak.
I got the VF700cu on.
I will play with the cpu and ram later.
did anyone ever play around to figure out how many core mhz make up for 4 pipelines on 12p cards?
aren't the newer batches of C3D's all locked now?

i have 1.6v running through mine right now on the stock cooler. 615/645 benchable 610/630 for gaming. im also using the tighter mem tweaks found in this forum. im not maxed out yet wither its the heat.

Thx guys, cooling used is a waterchiller -> see my sig for pics, dual 1A-SL2 on both Toledo and R480
Liquid t° set to -15°C, no cold bug on Toledo reported
VGPU = 1.75V t° idle=-10°C full=-1°C
VDDR = 2.25V fan blowing on home made heatsink
VDDQ = stock, have to do it, eared that it improves somewhat
if cpu dos not hafe a cold bug yet why are the clocks so low 2.84ghz on chiller is nog so good :stick: , try to get them higher and ul see the power of the dual-core drivers;)
Don't give up its only 46pts to 8k :D

As i have left to remove IHS of the 165 and bench a 146, i did this tests without any isolation, i'll bench with the chill at max asap, but don't worry the 165 has some kind of margin ;)Quote:

I've just done some vmodds om my c3dgto.
If i raise vdd, it doesn't help for my mem clocks.
But if i raise vddq i get much better mem clocks.
Atm im using vf700 stock ram coolers so i can't give them as much power as i want to.
But anyways @ 2.16v vddq i can bench @ 630mhz at mem without any graphic bugs 3dmark05-03-01 <,<
But i use 590mhz as my 24/7 setting.
My point is what function has vdd? I doesn't help my mem clocks but if raise just a bit i can go higher on core without any blackscreens.
Stock: 570/560 was max 24/7
With vddq 2.16v it became 570/590
And when i increased the vdd(Just a little bit ~0.05v) i got 10mhz on core.
So right now its running 580/590 24/7
Im going for vgpu as soon as i get my new cooler.
vdd is supposed to help both core and mem i think

i thinke thate the VDDQ whase to get stebel clocks , and VDD for the mem.
btw whates the max u think u can go withe them ?
now @ VDDQ 2.32v VDD 2.47v mem max stabel to bench i think is 651 withe mem tweak :D
