SPLMANN!!! What voltages are you using for the motherboard? MCH, CPU VTT, ICH?
-Collin-
well heres my highest run so far with my machIIgt and my week 28A E6600
32m run

didnt take too long messing with the ram timings and voltages and stuff, just wanted to see what this cpu could do for a quick run at high volts
Our AquaMark-results are very simulair. You have 501MHz FSB, I have 498MHz FSB and you get a few hundred points more. ;)
As usual, cooling for your NB? I am getting frustrated about that I cannot run for example 6*500MHz with my Noctua on the NB... It sure seems to do it works but I only earned 15-20MHz FSB compared with stock NB-cooler. :( I have almost same voltages as you but atm I have 1.84vMCH, that sould be enough for 500MHz FSB though...(?)
Here a 32Pi with standart cooling on NB with a Fan !
32mb Pi @ FSB 537Mhz

Ok, thanks. Either something is not 100% ok with my board or I am doing something wrong. ;)
hi guys , with new 11 bios my onboard lan dessapears at second or third POST
i't's normal?
I am using the official 11 bios but in cpuz it shows it as version 1.x(bios:10)
What bios are you using?
Guys, has anyone here had an issue with running a PCI video card in this board? I get a "2d" hang on boot and it just sits there with a black screen.
I use the latest(?) beta-bios. I think I read somewhere that they are the same bios so I did not upgrade.
I just did a test with dryice on the NB. I gained another 5-7MHz FSB, not more. Atm moment I think my CPU need LN2 to be able to handle higher FSB. I know it can cause I have had it way over 500MHz with LN2 on another board.
I ran out of ice so I could not try the Kentsfield this time. :(
blossa can you post a iso bios of this beta bios?
you have porblems with onboard lan?
had a problem with the onboard lan too after a failed Overc tried to fix it by doing few things and nothing so i put a Lan card , not sure if the onboard is working now , its been awhile
man i hope abit adds more ram settings in the next bios release cant run 3x1GB 100% stable now = (
if you can't run 3 sticks maybe take it down to 2 sticks to see if that helps....if it does not then the overclock is probably excessive or you do not have enough voltage being suppled to support the overclock.
2 sticks have been running fine for a few weeks but found a 1024MB stick of crucial ram with D9GMH for 90$ = ) but cant get them stable together without pushing alot of volts or running real loose timings around 2.35v but with some more settings im sure they would do better.
Might try flashing the crucial stick with teamgroup spd.
I have never used LAN on that board. :D
This is where I got the BIOS from:

I tried some overclocking with uguru in windows under one of the user settings so my default bios wouldn't get screwed up if the oc failed. what I found is that at 470fsb I can boot into windows and am orthos stable 8hrs, however if I jump to 477fsb everything is ok until I run memtest. It fails immediately. I have my memory at 4-4-4-12 2.3v in bios. I believe my memory is keeping me from going on. I thought the g.skill 6400 BHZ's were micron d9's? thought they could do ddr2 1000 no prob?
na this board takes alot of vmch for some reason, usually from what ive scene need 1.6 in bios for 500 sometimes 1.55 will get it but not to stable
and the cpu vtt also needed to get to 1.4 on mine
it stands to reason if you stress the memory controller hub with higher memory speed, you will most likely need higher vmch....NOW...how much all depends on your board, memory and cpu.
