I just got my Diablo 1150 kit in today from TankGuys. The stickers on the modules clearly show "D9GKX," you gotta love CSX for that.

Post up some results with those new sticks, see what they can do.
It'll be a while, I'm at work now. I do find it odd that this is a new product from CSX replacing the old D9GMH-based DDR2-1200 kit and it uses D9GKX. Also GKX-based Team kits seem to be plentiful in Asia these days; maybe there's some big hidden stash of D9GKX that was discovered or something??/
does anybody know if this is any good?http://www.memoryc.com/computermemor...dard=PC2+10400 or this team 9600 http://www.memoryc.com/computermemor...ndard=PC2+9600
Yes the Team Group does very well, my 8500 kits are good, and I have seen some great results with the 10400 & 9600 kits too.
cool, i think im going to get the 10400 kit. do you know what chips they use?edit-nevermind just looked at the ram list,it looks like im better off going with the 9600 cause they use the d9 gkx,and the 10400 use both.or maybe try those csx 1150 kits
I have a pair of the xtreem team 10400s they rock:up:
any body tried the pc-8500 cellshocks d9 gmh's. any good?
I think there are some results with the Cellshock 8500 in this thread. Pretty much, CellShock + Micron RevD = joy.
I'm not sure on the ICs but I'm 99% certain Corsair 5.1s don't use any form of D9s. I remember a lot of people returning their 5.1s because they sucked so badly.
Also when I have money I might get a kit of CSX Diablo's. BTW does this store ship International?

Thanks
it looks like thier on back order. just tried to order some, also thanks for the info on the cellshocks fatguy1992
After D9's what are the next best IC's?
Thx.
I like ProMos chips also:) Thats after the D9's
Well it doesn't look like the Maximus II likes the CSX kit too much, similar issues as with the Cellshock 8000 kit but even worse. The skews didn't help much at all. Currently testing on the DFI P35.
What issues were they? I may be able t whip up a mBIOS.
Memtest tends to freeze up when you try to push more than 2.2V to those kits. You have to play with the clock skews to get around it, 150ps delay seems to work with the Cellshock but not so well with the CSX and I really didn't feel like fighting with the board.
Probally have better luck with the dfi p35, i wanted to see what those sticks would do, im very curious.
Testing the CSX kit, standard stuff here.
looks like average everest scores for the settings. I want to see how high those sticks will go, and pass memtest86
