Overclocker seriously, your rig is one of the best rigs I've ever seen. Like top 3 for me. It's so close to #1. Watercooling would make it #1, thats how much I like it.

The fan is excellent, No complaints so far. Bit loud at 12v but pushes a lot of air aswell :)Quote:

Thanks. Hard sitting on the sidelines while the Conroes are out. But, waiting to build a G80 SLI system on a 590 SLI board with a Kentsfield CPU helping push the pixels along. Bought a 30 inch LCD instead, for now.Quote:

you're only 16 and have a rig like that? And plan to go WC soon? :slobber: Seems you have more money than I do and I'm 19. Heck enjoy it while it lasts though, money gets tight during college :(Quote:

And, I have to agree. That is a very nice system for someone as young as 16.
Anyone want to donate about $650 for an awesome watercooling system and case for me? :p:
Or how about $300, to just put some more a little more basic watercooling in my current case :D
When I do finally get the funds to get this watercooling loop and case I want - heck or even if I get enough to watercool what I've got now - I'll definitely post pics here. Though I don't think I can compete with some of these masters. You guys are great, give me inspiration and a reason to spend money I don't have :D
That's a compliment BTW, it usually takes quite a bit to make me spend money I don't have ;)
In the meantime, once I get some better wire management done I'll snap a few pics of my current system as it stands air-cooled. Right now it is a little sloppy inside ever since removed the HD rack and rubbermounted the drive in a 5.25" bay.
BTW, the case I want to watercool is a secret, I'm not telling cuz I want to be the first to do it :D
I'm already at college ;) but due to me getting EMA and having a job, i haven't run into any money problems yet (touches wood) so am able to afford a rig like that along with watercooling :)Quote:

I thought of it - but nah, it's a very hard job to do and besides I personally like the look of raw wood; it's kinda unique when it comes to pc-cases :) The only things I might paint are the two 5.25" -> 3.5" converters of the floppydrive and fancontroller. I'd either paint them totally black or aluminium, so it matches.
Here you can find some pictures with what i acheved today. Sorry, but the forum is in romanian.
One picture is better than 1000 words. :fact:
You are going to put a clear finish or rub in some oil or something at least aren't you? It'll get grubby very quickly otherwise.Quote:

Oh yeah, and ignore those curtains, my parents are too lazy to pay for new ones, and this used to be my brother's baby room :D
Hey Satan,
I didn't know you were a member over here. Nice to see you posted some shots of your rig. By the way how old are you just curious, lol! I'll bet 17 or 18?
