^ I likes !!
What a brilliant piece of architecture, whats it called ???
Not sure.
It's one of the sports arenas that Santiago Calatrava modified for the Athens 2004 olympic games.
Looks like they decided to put my photo on display

^ The ultimate compliment !!
Playing around with shutter speed variation & fire. Always fun. :)

Very nice.
Ack, a troodon!
http://photography.hokiealumnus.com/...3-5af4ecb0.jpg
da f*ck is dat! LOL
parrot-komodo dragon transformer ? :p:
crop a little on the left to exclude the land showing up on the bottom part.
Have the trees act like a natural border within the frame.
Nice otherwise :)
Hahaha...transformer, yes! (Actually it's a troodon, a carnivore from the Cretaceous.) You're right about the crop, stupid miss on my part. The framing was intentional, but missing that was not. Good catch.
So.. I stumbled onto a surf competition yesterday. :)

Two detail shots today from a caboose. The first one I'm not too proud of, but liked it for a reason I can't quite explain. The second one I like a lot. Again, not sure why and can't explain it. Maybe one day I'll be able to put the why with the photos I like and feel compelled to take?

Nothing special here, I just really like the bokeh on this lens. For what's essentially last year's upgraded kit lens, it's really nice and even.
In other news, I'm loving the ability to actually use ISO 6400!
The sky looks completely different here compared to original

Fairly certain that's a Nephilia pilipes. Terrifying looking, massive creatures. Not the best shot though, the camera was held as far over my head as I could get it using live view to confirm focus.
:banana::banana::banana::banana: that :(
