Of course, but I'm looking into good XOC bios which needs "normal" voltages for clocks higher than 5.4GHz (I've 5.65ghz air chip ;) )

I reckon that 1.37V is a bit of an overkill for 4.5GHz overclock. Also, AFAIK CPU Internal PLL Overvoltage should be enabled. It may help you reach higher clock speeds at lower Vcore.

i have 26k at 4801 mhz settings lynx stable with 1.50 vcore ( cpu-z ) 1.48vcore bios ( F5) what is the real vcore ?, that say bios or cpu-z? all with good temps of course and watercooling and -2 C ambient here in buenos aires LOL!
