Should be able to crack 21.5 at 3.9 ;) every 100 mhz cpu worth roughly 500 points in 06. My board is 8x by 8x PCI X so thats worst case scenario scores ;)
Get that NB speed up and ram speed up. Focus on your cpu scores first than optimize video last, video card Ocing not worth that many points if there isn't a bottleneck.

I agree. Not everyone is using extreme methods and could have a really great result based on what is being run. That score is of course lower then that of the same hardware under extreme cooling.
