First of All, The Penryn are not as sensitive as Conroe on the vcore part, you can boot, load windows, and use you computer with to low vcore, and it still works pretty good, but when it comes to more demanding, like games etc, it crashes, i can boot and use programs at much lower vcore than it needs to be "stable", check that out first, you need more than you think, second, this board is tricky to get stable as hell, very sensitive on the settings, specially NB volts, so its not allways logical, when you think, hey im using TIGHT settings, think i will juice it up, when its not needed, with 1-2 steps away from what the board wants, it crashes, not all dividers are working so well what i've experienced, 333 do work best though.
You can start by setting som default values, at 4ghz you wont need THAT high fsb, im guessing you got a 8400? so 9x445 are 4ghz, not getting so high on memspeed then though, but try that first, use PL7, and pretty sloppy RAM timings ant first, set Twister to strong, and NB about 1.45, vFSB you dont need to change i think, wont do much keep that at 1.10 until problems wont be resolved... can u post some of your settings? maybe can help more from that.
