wow. That is a crazy set up ^^ looks really good.
I have to take some pics of my setup and throw them in here. I finally finished my computer. feels good lol
EDIT
What Dual GPUs are you using? I love the clear water block. Makes me wish mine was clear!
Hi Gang - I've been off a few days fighting a bad cold, but just to REMIND EVERYONE ---
1) Please - NO MORE THAN 4 IMAGES per CASE. That means - please don't add more than 4 images in your post.
2) If you have done a MAJOR overhaul/rebuild, then please do repost if you have new photos that are substantially different.
3) Please DON'T post additional pics, or close ups of parts, etc if you have already posted the 4 images of your build. Post 'em in the Parts Gallery or your Worklog.
4) Do NOT quote images when you want to comment on a previous post.
Thank you ...
PLEASE READ THE RULES IN THE FIRST POST OF THIS THREAD!!!!!!!!
Do NOT quote images. Do NOT post more than 4 images of your FINISHED water cooling set up. Do NOT pass GO. Do NOT collect $200. Do NOT make me jump off the bridge.
Thanks :)
mendes congratulations! beautiful machine!
Nice bench table there hitachi974, would of been awesome if the rad could fit. So have to find the energy to make one myself.
Very nice Mendes...BTW how did you mount the rad at the bottom...zip ties?
@ Mendes_Jr: sleek looking build, good job! :up:
It's a dimastech bench table ;)
And please do not quote images :)
That HAF-X is amazing...
Congrats on quoting the images, it's been only said a million times not to do so. How were you supposed to know. :rolleyes:
That bench table looks really nice, white tubing + red liquid is very interesting combination.
Uh oh, momma bear is mad! http://www.lab-retriever.net/board/i...ilies/bolt.gif
Its mainly the newbs that are just posting although occasionally some that have been here for a while and are seasoned.
I think a new rule needs to be put into effect.
Break the rules and receive a week ban.
Plain and simple.
Shazza has enough to do besides trolling through the thread cleaning up the muck that shouldn't even be here.
Ha ha ... yeah, I admit, a week with a hacking cough and a fever hasn't done wonders for my frame of mind ;)
It's not that much trouble to keep up with the thread -this is a very popular thread, and one which I think is important for archival purposes. I don't want to discourage people from posting - and appreciate the help to keep things in line.
It amazes me that people will come in and pop a post in obviously without reading even a page or two back. Some are new, for some English is not their first language. So - let's keep plugging away and lookin' for those beautiful systems.
(Hey - a whole post without a nag :clap: must be feelin' better)
worked on something else this time: an external one :)

sry for the recflections >.<
some details about it: 2xd5 with dualloop ek top, ek 400 reservoirs, 2x480 xspc radiators, silenx 120x38 for the radiators and some scythe slipstream 1200 to get the warm air out of it
Wow, that's the most insane radbox I've ever seen. :eek:
But how are those silenx fans working out? Haven't used them myself, but I haven't heard good news about them.
sargatanas
Dude thats impressive :up: Just impossible radbox :)
thx all ;)
well they work quite well so far. used em earlier with a lamptron fancontroller too - no probs at all.
running at 12v atm.
though it's quite small compared to my other ext unit (ignore the openings...alrdy mounted some mesh and 6 temp displays ^^)
http://alexiel.stor.li/single%20stag...deathangel.jpg
That's sick :D
This is my unfinished 'keep it fresh' project. :rofl:
Interesting rad mounting you have there.
Metriod what happens when it rains ??
The things take a nice cold shower and CPU temps get even lower / better :toast:
The only thing I'm protecting which are covered / insulated with really small holes at bottom to let the air to pass through are the dual pumps and electrical wires. The other things will be out into the wild. :ROTF:
Edit: If you meant the window. Well the rain never gets onto the window. There are buildings that cover up to the window, yes pretty interesting. Also I placed a very thick towel just before the window to block the cold air :toast:
Metroid
just amazingly:)
improvement time soon....

no condensation?
It did happen 3 times in this month but can't say much about it as I'm analysing how it started.
As far as I can tell, condensation happened when it was very hot and suddenly got very cold, outside my room got very cold because of the rain and inside my room was still very hot. I had to leave just 1 fan or no fan at all to avoid condensation in those days.
Image below is the CPU temperature at load, only 2 low 800RPM fans.
Alexo nice setup :up:

Four Simple Rules:
1) No larger than 1280 x 1024 pixel (but 1024 x 768 pixel is preferred),
2) The limit on the number of pictures is 4 per case (if you want to post more than 4 pictures, use thumbnails or post links without using the IMG tags),
3) Do not quote images,
4) Finished cases only, no worklogs.
Optionally, it would be nice if you could list your water cooling components.
Not really a hole case, rather a small unit for my testrig. Build within an hour.
Eheim Station 600, Alphacool Yellowstone "Classi, ROG Edition", Clearflex 13/10mm, old Nexos triple radiator.

That is absolutely awesome Screamer!!! But how on earth do you get your tubes to not kink??
Screamer, VERY nice build and nice pics! I too want to know how you got those tight radius bends without kinking? What tubing did you use?
Also looks like in your parts pics, that u used some Bitspower swivels, did you find that any of them leaked on you? I'm having some trouble with a batch of their 90's leaking at the swivel and after wetting down my board twice now am VERY leary of using them.
Screamer I'm speechless, what a killer build! How many radiators can the case really fit underneath with your PSU? Sure if you needed say an extra 240 it would fit right? Spent some time in your gallary, very impressive!

Nice to see another modded CM around, here goes mine.

@Barr3l Rid3r
How hot does your chipset run with these clocks and voltages?
My guess is you should be able to melt lead on it, cause mine is pretty hot on a 790X with just a slow side fan blowing at it and far humbler clocks/voltages
Thanks Guys :)
Mudgey, Johnmark
I use Tygon 15,9/9,5mm. It's very flexible and can be really tight cambered. It's the best tube which I had.
Regarding Bitspower swivels I had only one bad unit but it was the old version (cube)
Systemlord
I have two radiators: 480 in "basement" and 240 in 5,25" bays. At the bottom except 480 will fit another 240 radiator, but will be no place for HDD.

2nd pic... is that a tiny bit of liquid in the block? May be a dumb question/observation, but why isn't it completely full/empty?
What's up XS. Just added the second card to the loop with the same block as the above one. EK plexi+nickel

Man, I love that black and white type color scheme 88EVGAFTW. Good build.
88EVGAFTW, on the pump, where does the pump out line go? I've been trying to figure out what to do with the same pump/res combo but with a HAF 932.
First post, yay! Anyway, here is my first attempt at watercooling so go easy on me :up:

ps. dont buy the antec 1200, it looked cool over a year ago when I built it, but in fact it is a rubbish case :rolleyes:
Very nice, matt220 - I hear ya on the Antec 1200, but looks like you did a good job with it.
@ ibonbird - great job - do you have a couple of pics that show the inside of the case a bit better - e.g. full front view?
@shazza
thanks for the compliments :)

hi quys, can a HAFX acomodate a 420 radiator on top, inside of the case?
10x,
Ovi.
woooow i love your corsair 800d :D
ibonbird, if you could just organize the 24-pin cables a tad more, there wouldn't be anything left to do to improve that build.
ibonbird, do you have a work log? I'd like to see, also can you post pics of the whole system, not close ups.
Outstanding work ibonbird!
Beautiful overall visual balance and I love your loop layout. :)
@ibonbird: very nice... compliments!!:up:
Ibonbird - SWEET !!!! and I'd leave the power cables just the way they are - hair in the wind look.
Again, congrats - really nice build.
@ibonbird
can i say: just WOW!?
Amazing! What tubing did you use ibon? It seems to bend very nicely.
to all who like my set up thank you
@matt im using 3/8 5/8 tygon

@Boulard83,
Great angle for revealing the exact particulars of your loops
Really couldn't wish for more informative shots
What size are your radiators? If they are just 3x120mm radiators you may consider doing it like mine.
http://hostthenpost.org/uploads/e9c9...85abf91ef2.jpg
I know they fit the way your doing it. But my pumps are very EZ to acces and everything can be replace as EZ.
( now have 2 pumps/loop )
