NOW...Take a good look at this photo...It is the Front panel WITH AND WITHOUT Led and Led display......We DID NOT solder the dual leds and the Led displays on the front panel.......We soldered instead of them base-pins.....We did that in case that someone of you, would like later to change the Led displays and the leds of the front panel and make them BLUE(as for the led displays) and BLUE-RED(as for the dual leds) by it's own......The only thing he has to do is to unscrew the two screws of the front panel's face,
buy the "blue-red" Maximizer's kit and place them into the bases........ ;)

UNFORTUNATELY we encoded a MAJOR problem with the box of the DDR Maximizer......It was designed, drilled and ready for the BETA Prefinal's metrics, BUT the final DDR Maximizer's PCBs have the holes about 0.33mm in different places from the prefinal one.....500 aluminum boxes are for the garbidge now......We gave the new dimentions of the FINAL one (yesterday) and we will get the new ones in about 20 days from now(as they said)....... :(

MANY problems for the begining of our new company........I hope they end soon.......BUT we will not give up......We will continue to work hard so as to provide the best we can to you.......and this is just the start.......MANY new things are about to show up from us in the near future......Stay "tuned"......... :D :toast:

One thing to add is that the DDR Maximizer's Mainboard is made with 70u or 2 oz of copper (doubled cooper thickness than any other PCB in the market) so as to handle easily the heavy loads and it would not have "burned lines" in the future..... ;)

BTW your a BE guy anyways don't know where exactly but most likly I'll do it that if you can pick it up ,those persons get first take. Why? Simple, it means money quicker.....

I don't know how I'm gonna work out the financial part, full downpayment upfront or with a 70-30% system but I'll see. Untill then people who can come pick it up where I live can get them if I have them.

When you attatch the MOSFET's to the board, will they be heatsinked by being bolted to an aluminium slab as with the "alpha"? Also i see you have removed an inductor?

Glad to see you're updating more frequently now. You mentioned Sept. 1st that you'd announce the price 'next week', but I also see that since then you had to trash the first batch of cases. I'm still eagerly awaiting a price and my interest hasn't changed.

If I snag one of these, I'll do my best to make sure everyone over at the Abit forums are jealous ;) Geil ONE takes up to 3.8v, this is definitely going to be a necessity for me.

A "good" uptate I would say is:

People in U.S. will almost buy the DDR maximizer in US Dollars as people in Europe in Euros.......
What do I mean about that........I mean that when we will "export" the unit to US, we will NOT pay any taxes to our country for it......Taxes will be charged to US and at your customs offices......You now, you have less taxes than us.....Thas when someone in Europe buys the unit - let's say - 100 Euros, a guy in US will buy it almost 100+ US Dollars.......Not bad for start......We will see..... ;) :toast:
