What did you say you got for ram? Dominators? seems like the most popular choice. I am contemplating what ram I want to try this time, I currently have supertalent 1600 3x2gb which I got for $100ish. this was when dominators were $225-250 and others were well over 150. If my issue is my ram, then thats what I get for getting cheap ram, lol although supertalent makes some good stuff.
I just dont know if I want to pay 165 for dominators when others can be had for under 100 after rebates; and used to be priced up around 200 as well. waiting to hear back from BZ. already got recs from UT. I may hunt down another mobo as well to test; not sure If I want another Bloodrage though. Locally I can buy Bloodrage, gigabyte, evga, asus and Biostar. I was thinking about biostar cause its only 250, but I dont think there is much support for them, not sure. I just dont know what to do. wish i had more hardware to test with.

why the other boards can use 2:10 with i920 D0?

@saaya: Is there any possibility in future BIOS release to change options for adding voltage in +mV to real voltage? Also some other stuff need to be repair, like voltage droop... And is there maybe some plans for BIOS optimizations for higher BCLK? that is what will make this board really good... Talk to BIOS engineerings :p:

yes, its possible but will take a lot of effort from the bios engineers and i dont think theyll do it :/
well with p07 and p08 vdroop is supposed to be much better, the engineers still dont want to cut vids from the cpu entirely and just set vcore completely independantly, it could kill the cpu in some scenarios... in theory... yet thats what most other boards are doing to get stable vcores... so i hope they will at least release a beta like that
bclock optimizations, well... if you could tell me or them what to do, they might do it, but atm they are pretty clueless and didnt do any research in that regards as far as i know. i think until now higher bclocks were just a fun tweak thing to do, but with chips clocking better and better 920s are starting to be bclock limited, at least the good ones on water and ln2... but then again, even the best tweaked boards for high bclocks can barely get above 222 fully stable... so how useful bclock tweaking really is is questionable.
if you ask me, its very suspicious that qpi craps out at almost exactly 4ghz or 8gt/s for pretty much every board and cpu combo... that makes it sound like a somewhat artificial limitation. its not the first time intel did something like this, its just that previously they were rather clumsy in trying to prevent or limit overclocking, this time they seem to have locked things up pretty tight :/

About bclock, 220 would be pretty good. That is some kind of golden middle, so I hope that they'll try to mess with bios and give us that option. If not, then it would be okay for some option to be automatical, like increasing uncore multipliers when selecting a higher memory multiplier, or to improve the droop you have to disable CxE and the droop compensation setting...

Guys, can you shed some light on something? When im in Turbo mode, something odd happens. The multi sticks now (with P06 & P07 Bioses) however sometimes the Bclk throttles up and down, and i cant work out why. Temps are well within reason. Voltages are fine etc. Ive been running prime all day, with no problem, then ive rebooted my system a few times and went to play a game a noticed its started doing it again at the exact same settings? Sometimes it does it, some times it doesnt. Often turning turbo off, booting into windows, and then rebooting and switching it on again fixes it.
Any ideas?

Ok so I've got my BR built out, Wc'd, p06 bios etc.
Problem I'm having is that when I use all three sticks of a triple channel kit I only get 4gb recognised in bios. On a lark I *mixed* two kits using two dimms from one and one from the second and blammo 6GB on boot.
I've tried all three dimms in both sets one at a time and all three dimm slots one at a time and everything seems good there.
The two sets of RAM I'm using are Kingston HyperX 2000mhz (KHX16000D3ULT1K3/6GX) and Patriot Viper 1600MHz (PVT38G1600ELK).
Any help would be appreciated.. Im tearing my hair out!

Try setting your Uncore/QPI voltage to near what your vcore is. It could be your memory controller not getting enough voltage.
On a side note, got my DO in today. Here are the results:

That was at 1.39v Vcore.
Not completely stable, but I will have more time tonight to play with it. With results like this it makes me chuckle everytime I think of the Hardocp review.

no, not atm... asked about this a couple of times already...
Looks like I am stuck at 4600 since I cannot push the BCLK past 220. On a positive note I can run 4200 at just 1.26v vcore with my new DO chip, use to have to be 1.36v, not that really matters, but still chalking it up as a win.
