Asustek Computer recently introduced its EAX1800XT TOP graphics card, which incorporates ATI's flagship Radeon X1800XT VPU (video processing unit) to provide video capability needed for robust PC video systems. Availability is slated for the middle of December, with no suggested retail price available yet, according to the company.
Powered by ATI’s overclocked version of the X1800XT series, the EAX1800XT TOP runs at 700MHz in core speed and 1.6GHz in memory. The card adopts advanced visual technology standards, including Shader Model 3.0, High Dynamic Rendering (HDR) and support for high-resolution LCD up to 2560×1600, according to the company.

Asus 1800XT top card costs £465 inc VAT and Retail Availability NEXT WEEK?
Still, even Fuad still thinks GTX 512 might win and have superior performance.

Much cheaper that Geforce 7800 GTX 512 cards
We learned that this card including nice and fancy game pad and a famous King kong monkey game will end up at £465 inc VAT. According to a few of the usual suspect sites that we check, this is roughly £35 cheaper than any 7800 GTX 512 card. It's not much but it's something to think about. /.../ we are looking forward to see how this ATI X1800 XT OC based card can match Nvidia in games. We expect it will be close but Nvidia still might win.
Availability already next week? If that's true, and we indeed are able to grab them in retail next week, we're in for a big surprise, seeing as this is an ATI card.
