ahhhh, not dead HW, not power outage, not lack of LN2, guess what kept me from this round? family probs :shakes:

I posted just the score I made during air tweaking and testing,
hats off to 100K guys, even those that came near, it isnt that easy :D

Sorry to dissapoint with a crappy air run guys but i only had 30L of ln2 to compete in either this or MOA, I chose MOA.

Also 19 minutes before deadline I posted a higher score with gpu-z so anybody who wants to contest my score feel free to go ahead, there will just be a higher one that pops up ;)

Hello Guys! As some says at last it is finished!:D Well.. that was a championship so it took a little time of course :p:

I wanna write some on these weeks and results etc.

Firstly, i wanna thank all of you guys

but especially,

chew* for his kindness and the whole supports to everybody,

serpens13 and ExtremeOC for their valuable affords, i know these guys tried lots of hardware to get best of their bests :up:

And XS Boss aka FUGGER, he was silent but kept pushing through all weeks with great results, i think he showed how to get fun from overclocking and from this kind of events..

My Hungarian friends from 2008,overclocker886 and Achill3us did great job on baseclock week and Over@clocker886 really pushed that little G6950 to unbelieveable numbers!

mat with his amazing memory frequency! 1625MHz!

Hondacity who appeared at most of the weeks and get the first spot on 3D06 week:up:

CAL930 from Japan, i am sure he did use his great LN2 pouring method to get his valuable results.

Zeneffect,kawaboy1 and dblooi, who has the souls of the championship and kept fighting at each week.

I preferred the weeks that took tuning to get a good result.

I did not prefer weeks that preety much boiled down to luck of the chip......just becomes a money/binning game then etc QPI, max cpu.

Stefan Delin, is the ODOC joint account, so count my shouting on his/our behalf (Oliver "keep pushin' it", THC, Rosty, myself), this account was also dedicated the best hardware of each round ;)
However, sometimes one member, other times another - but never me(except settings and advice on the best of my GTX3 for ram week), as I was running a backup account for this game :yepp:

Very very good contest, only difference, a minor detail.
Point system, I think top10 or top20, should be different on the point system, not 1 point seperating the rankings - because that little extra, on top - is alot harder....

All lost for my part;
M3E lost 2 ram channels, and now operate in single channel :) Then 2½-4 liters of LN2 during max cpu frequency week... Thats basicly it.... Other expenses were; Electricity & time.

The best part of the contest for me was the Low CPU challenge, it really made me re-think what is going on with the interaction between the cpu and motherboard.

For me it was pretty fun,Thanks ASUS and (Hey)for such a fun competition!
Low cpu,Base clock and bclk were the best week to me for sure:up:

It was my honor to attend this contest and a great experience. I had enjoyable time competing with you guys.

Max QPI stage test was horrible for me, I tried 6 chip that week. Low clock stage was funny and Max Memory stage was perfect.

I killed 2 M3F and 2 M3E during the contest.

System for Max CPU was not that different. Just a different CPU.

I agree that especially Max CPU was all about binning. I was lucky to borrow six 655k from a shop, but just tested three of them. They were all pretty nice chips ... at least at 2.0 volts. :ROTF:
With memory it's not that much binning. Just a good psc chip and an i7 860 between the few know good steppings. I guess that's much cheaper than competing with gulftowns. :)

hey, I also wanted to say "Thank you" for everything. It certainly was a really interesting contest, that was very professionally done. I also liked the website, which has great usability (for the features that actually were there). So please read these lines more like congratulations. :clap:
