I just looked up the Instinct and it doesn't have WiFi. Why would somebody make a touchscreen phone without WiFi, why why why. RIM did that with their Blackberry Storm, they just lost themselves another customer. Have a look at the HTC Touch HD, I believe this is a good option too.

To freeze your ass off and have no compensation. And the wi-fi thing doesn't bother me much. An unlimited data plan is required in the first place, so it's not like you're saving money. It'd come in handy at times and would be a nice feature, but it's not like you're relegated to EDGE, as on the iPhone. I'm probably going to wait out December/early January on my current RAZR V3m though--and upgrade before I fly back to Florida.
