^^I agree, that is a very nice looking setup. The only improvement that I can think of is if the cables were individually sleeved....then it would be perfect IMO. :D
Another improvement: getting better rad fans... CM R4s aren't the best with static pressure.
Here's the Black Widow :D
EVGA 4-way Classified WC'd, i7 980x w/EK HF, 6GB Dominator GT 2000MHz, EVGA GTX480 x4 w/EK-FC WB's, OCZ Vertex 2 120GB, WD CB 1TB, LG Bluray writer, Silverstone Strider1500, HAF X.

OH.
MY.
GOD.
...will it run Cry... oh nvm.
^^ that is one awesome setup you have there kruzn4evr. I hope that mine turns out as nice looking as yours does.
kruzn4evr, that's something to look at
kruzn4evr that black widow looks as deadly as the specs.......Awesome!!!
@kruzn4evr what kind of SLI water block connectors are those?
kruzn4evr your hardware is undoubtedly godly and you definitely took alot of time with the cabling/tubing but for fracks sake please put it in a worthier case!!! That HAF X and teetering radiator bracket are eyesores. That type of hardware belongs in a 800D, TJ07 or a custom enclosure.
4x 480s jeebus, Hows your temps ?
No way. These http://www.auzentech.com/site/products/case.php are MUCH uglier than an 800D, the 800D is too bland to be ugly :D
800D is stylish with clean classic lines, not bland. And heaps better then many plastic overdesigned cases which frankly look cheap in comparison. You don't need carbon fiber wing, full body kit and stickers for rolls royce, you buy expensive wine to put in trunk :)
Thanks for the comments guys, first off, the 800D and TJ07 wouldn't work (maybe with some serious modding), I choose the HAF X simply because it was the best case of choice that has 9 expansion slots that holds the 4-way Classy board, I almost went with a MM but between price and sheer size (I wanted something not so huge) the HAF was really the only choice. As for the "teetering" rad bracket, its as solid as a rock and really the only way to go for a rear mounted quad rad.
The SLI connectors are Bitspower C-07 D-Plugs which again were IMO the best part for the job and look quite nice to boot. Temps for the cards are pretty good, all 4 are approx. 32-34c idle and hit around 62c with Furmark, real life temps while gaming etc. they never go over 53-54c, I'm looking at adding a triple rad on top in the next few days when I can get the time. They scored pretty nice on Vantage too ;) http://www.evga.com/modsrigs/TopRating.aspx
You need to put more money into that build [/Sarcasm]
Look here:up:
The craftsmanship is pristine and it comes pre painted/coated. I have one waiting in a box for my case to be finished at the powder coaters.
^^ can you post a pic of what you are linking to....I can't get into that area of the site.

Shape of ram heatspreaders looks just right near HK3. I wonder if it's worth looks-wise to paint cpu wb mounting plate and middle black and copper parts red to make those looks even more similar.
Nice rig Ace

Here are some photos of my upgrade/redo (the first major since 2007). The project is named for a famous text written by Danial Bernoulli about the mathematics and engineering of water flow (hence the name Hydrodynamica). The 'DS' stands for dead silence and the '3X' means that the build has three separate water loops (one for the cpu, one for the gpus, and one for the chipset, .. although, in this current configuration, the third pump is off and the XSPC RX 120 that would be used for chipset cooling is currently helping out on the ATI 5870s). The project produces 18 dB at almost exactly 30 cm and from three feet away is truly dead silent. It also features some custom work, including a special negative pressure airflow system with custom backplates to radiate heat, a rebuilt PhysX card with a custom circuit board add-on and passive cooling, a custom built handle on the XSPC dual DDC reservoir for pulling it out to add coolant, etc..... All three water loops and cooling are internal. Notice that I did not use a SLI bridge for the water blocks on the two GPUs, as this cuts flow and increases temps. It is not as decked out as some of the mega rigs I have seen here at XS, but then it is also not a show piece either. It is a day in and day out rig where I cannot stop operations just because Bitspower came out with a new color combo.
The temps are:
When flight simming or gaming; cpu ~41 deg C, gpus 44 deg C, northbridge 39 deg C, PhysX card 34 deg C
When running Matlab, finite element analysis or simulating neural networks; cpu 43 deg C, gpus 46 deg C
When running Prime95 on 12 cores (at the one hour mark); cpu is roughly 63 deg C
The current specs are:
i7 980X @ 4.4 GHz, ASUS P6T Deluxe Version 2, 12 GB Corsair Dominator @ 1866, 2 x 5870 (Crossfire), Ageia PhysX PPU card, Creative X-Fi Titanium Fatalt1y Pro, 2 x OCZ Vertex 120 GB in RAID 0 (Firmware 1.6), 2 x OCZ Vertex 2 120 GB in RAID 0 (Firmware 1.11), Seagate 1 TB, Thermaltake Toughpower 1200W modular, Lite-On 24x DVD burner and Pioneer BDR-205 Blue Ray Burner, Apogee XT on the cpu, MCW-80s on the GPUs, DDC 3.25 pumps, XSPC rads and XSPC dual DDC reservoir, Lamptron FC2 version 2, Scythe S-Flex and Yate Loon low speed fans, Logitech G510 keyboard, MX Revolution and Razer Mamba, Creative Gigaworks 750, Sharp LC-46D85U, Track IR 5 and CH Fighterstick/ Pro Franken Potato Throttle/ Pro Pedals
(some of the wiring and the speaker cables are run behind the walls for less clutter)
Your build looks great, dude
My next case probably it will be TJ07, AWESOME!
I know you're new, so let me show you the rules of this thread :).
Quote:
Four Simple Rules:
1) No larger than 1280 x 1024 pixel (but 1024 x 768 pixel is preferred),
2) The limit on the number of pictures is 4 per case (if you want to post more than 4 pictures, use thumbnails or post links without using the IMG tags),
3) Do not quote images,
4) Finished cases only, no worklogs.
Optionally, it would be nice if you could list your water cooling components.
Was gonna say the same thing, please dont quote pics hehe, welcome!
beautiful rigs here, guys  thanks for the pics
here is my first attempt at LC. just finished the build and will run it tomorrow. hope it runs! ^^ :D

Lots of nice clean rigs here lately. And, thanks, Trader88, for resizing your photos.
Jacek, try using rubbing alcohol to remove the inscription on the Tygon tubing. It will look so much cleaner without it :). That said, it is already an amazingly awesome rig :D.
First loop finished at last. Not a huge rad i know but will expand as and when :D Still at least it looks nice heh

Sargatanas,
what's the noise like from that single stage?
I need to move to Germany. You guys get all of the nice "stuff".
Even your worm clamps look better than mine.
Sargatanas, very happy to see LD's case in real use...:)
hope u enjoy it
The top u used is the Koolance one, correct ? The RX480 would not fit without it ?

Where and what kind of green LEDs are you using? EK forgot the single most important feature that their plexi water blocks have holes for, the 5mm LEDs!
Never ending project. Just installed some Corsair Dominators Cas 7 1600mhz ram that was marked $90 below retail thanks to Bestbuy price mistake. So chipped in for the AirFlow Pro Led kit. Real pain to install but looks nice. Nothing like bling. Also updated my Gpus. Not happy about the wattage these guys eat. Thought my 1200 watt psu would last a year before obsolescence set in. Anyhow also installed two San Ace 38mm fans in the front using the Scythe Kama Sutra bay adapter and a pci slot fan controller in the back. I only wish I invested in better fans for my rad...

Congrats!
Wow! We have a monster here :D
Do you have any plans to watercool your graphic cards?
Awesome build! Congrats!
Ok here it is.. up and running
I am new on XS and coming from a hot country like Laos. I need to cool off my PC so i decided to go LC. It's my first time so i would appreciate all comments and suggestions. Thanks!! :D

US Forces, I love it! what did you use to illuminate your ek Blocks?
Thanks,
Bought the LEDS ect. from PerformancePC and the resistors from Radio Shack..
Anyhow I made them to length then plugged them into the 3pins on the Motherboard and pointed them up under the block.. I had them in blue which looked nice but went to green since they are Nvidia cards, I have some white and purple LEDS I plan on putting on the CPU and mother board blocks first I have to order the clear top from EK for the CPU as it has the black top right now.
They look a lot better in person then in the photo ;)
This really tough for me right now as I am this >----< close to changing my block to an EK HF Supreme acrylic and adding in a full board block.
well it's quite silent ;)
didn't know that we germans get that much nice stuff ;)
actually I hate worm clamps....but I don't like the plastic ones and without anything isn't safe for me ^^
yea LD did an awesome job with that case, glad that I have mine :)
yep used a koolance shroud (though...will be my last one - fan spacing suxx). the rx480 would fit but atm the case is made for a triple + I wanted the additional space to add some fans :)

beautiful brodhom
^ MDPC worthy.
Was amazing that I got it to work considering it was my first water cooled system ever. As far as potential there is plenty of room up top for a 360 rad and there is an adjustable fan holder that moves up and down that you can mount a reservoir to in place. That was just luck that it worked. I didn't plan it that way when I bought the parts.
I don't claim this to be my own work, I just want this to be on here:
http://www.million-dollar-pc.com/gal...novatio-00.jpg
EDIT by shazza: Changed the image to just the link. MDPC is not an image-hosting service, so we don't want to hotlink to their images.
Thats amazing. I want that tower lol
love the blood drops...
Nice touch with the finger print.
And the tubing kind of goes with the theme.
My HAF X build now with 1 GTX 470 + Black ICE GTX 360 top rad + yate Loon 2000 rpm.

Note - I've deleted some of the comment/question posts just to clean up the thread a bit. Please feel free to PM people if you have questions on their rigs - or check their worklogs if available. Doesn't mean you can't post any comments at all - just that I'll periodically clean some in order to keep the ratio of posts with photos higher than the comments (impossible, perhaps).

Top panel cuts are very nice, much better choice than another laser cut radiator grill. Shape could be bit different though, similar to front panel original lian li vents.
