is this thing different? im getting 38~42c with my watercooling... cpu only, with dtek fuzion, mcr220, primochill nc, tygon 1/2 r3603... can i make the lock or screws of my dtek a bit tighter? i used arctic silver 5
It indeed is the pro mount. There is no top plate holding down the wb.Quote:
it could be the promount but am not sure
My simple rig =), E6550 @ 3.8Ghz, DD maze4 on the 8800GT, Skythe Kamameter,

wtf are you using an dd pump? 12v? And is that a vapo?
What the hell is that? Why are you using big ass insulation? :S
I'm guessing waterchiller, guys.
Haha, nope it's not a Vapo, just the good 'ol stuff, DI-water and lab-grade Ethylene glycol, 9:1 ratio. The pump is a Thermaltake, and the green tubings are TT 3/8" and the insulated tubings are eheim.
Using Coleman blue-ice to cool down the res when temps get too hot... This is one of my first pics before I insulated the inlet tubings due to minor condensation.. Temps can drop to 15 deg Celsius temporarily for a while. By the time it hits the cpu, it goes beyond ambient, so I didn't bother insulating it.

Finally had time to upgrade all my R-3400 to 1/8" wall ( due to collapsing from the 7/16" stuff.. )
Anyways... I called it "All KaZeD Out" :)
There are 4 3000 RPM ultra kaze, as well as 3 mini-kaze. One YL in the back, and an S-Flex in the HDD cage. All fans (not the minis) are hooked to a rheobus extreme which isn't pictured, sorry i'm not finished with the lian-li cover for it.

Lennox looks awesome i love that tubing, what screws did you use to attach the kazes to the rads?
that looks ace lennox! looks nice and roomy too. is it acoustic stuff all over everything? if so how much difference does it make to noise levels? I actually quite like the look of it though so might get some anyway!
That horrible dusty wirey pc inspired me to pull up my carpet today and route all my wires under it rather than leave them trailing around and replugged them to be exactly the right length with no slack! *glances back at that picture and shudders*
LOL! It's not dust, it's Computer Sweat!
thanks. I only did it because the original fans started making tons of noise. The mini-kaze's are really nice. I plan to attach some LEDs to the bottom side of the dominator also.
Everything is tapped to 8-32. I use 8-32 x 1/4" "Low Head Socket Cap" machine screws that I got from McMaster.
It does help with the noise, but not nearly enough to ruin your case doing it. Once this stuff is on, it is not coming off. I honestly don't mind that it doesn't come off, but I wouldn't do it again the second time around.
@Lennox
very nice dude
