What coolers are those on the video cards? They look really good, and aren't too big. Is the CPU overclocked, and what temps do you get on it?

What coolers are those on the video cards? They look really good, and aren't too big. Is the CPU overclocked, and what temps do you get on it?
The gpu coolers are Zalman VF1000's, really nice and aren't too loud since I control them via my Kaze master controller. The CPU is clocked to 3.8 right now and I get idles of around 37-38C, on load it never goes past 50-ish, the NB stays around 32C

I use a PA160/MCP 655/Silenx to cool the dual Xeons. The rad and fan and pump are outside the house in the winter weather: works very well: 45,45,23,23,32,36,35,33 Load temps ;)
