I'm new here and have a big problem.
I often try to overclock my PC but 100 Mhz more and the PC crashes (Bluescreen or Freeze). I have OCZ 3200+ DC Rev.2.0 and at normaly settings the PC crashes too, then i have taken another settings from a member of another forum. The PC is okay but if i take more HTT and overclock my PC on 2100 MHZ, then it's over and the PC crashes.
What shall i do? It's maybe my Graphics Card? I have overclocked on 430 Core and 440 Memory. I want to overclock my PC over 2300MHZ but the settings are maybe not okay. Need help.
Ah yes i tried to overclock with Clockgen.
Here the information about my PC:
DFI Ultra-D Rev. 3
Winnie 3200+
2x 512 OCZ 3200+ DC Rev. 2.0
Graphic Card Radeon X700 256mb
Tagan TGU480 - U01
I hope you can help me.
Sorry about my english.
So here are information about Ram, CPU

It's really ridiculous that you have to use a floppy drive to install the mass storage drivers when installing Windows. What's the problem about reading them from CD or USB storage devices?! :stick:Quote:

Fortunately I need no drivers for this board cuz I use the Nvidia IDE controller. For my old board I installed my floppy drive ehind a bracket and left the floppy in it ;).
Well I use it too, but my 2 74 Raptors are in Raid 0, so I always need drivers... stupid thing.
Please help mi. I have read all posts in this thread and another threads but there settings don't have a function for my pc. I can't overclock with there settings well.
Not knocking XS forums at all but have you tried posting in the official DFI support forum at www.dfi-street.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=7 ???Quote:

There is a sticky at DFI Forums with the information as to what to include in your signature for diagnostic purposes.Quote:

I've got an AA0 rev SLI-DR that's been abused on my test bench for over 2 weeks now, no manufacturing related problems to date. Only item regarding manufacturing I found was possibly too high temp during their reflow process (there were quite a few mini solder ball splatters in some areas of the board, particularly the top right).Quote:

It's right?
Thx
i just made it to 250FSB so 2500mhz....and wont go any further atm ......but RAM is hynix based, so I have to run with cpc diabled..otherwise ram settings is auto on pretty much everything.
2.8 to RAM , 1.3 LDT, 1.53 CPU and a lot to chipset ....cant remember exactly but 2 choices over standard. HTT 4. what stopped me from going over 220FSB at stock voltage was chipset.
Anyone using the BlueTooth version of the Logitech MX Keyboard & Mouse??
I'm having the worst problems getting my Keyboard to work here...
My Mouse recognises fine but when I try to install the associated software for the Keyboard, it just doesn't recognise it any more...
I have changed batteries for my keyboard with more than 5 other sets of rechargeable batteries but it just doesn't work for some reason.
Is anyone else is using USB/Bluetooth Keyboard & Mouse sets, please let me know which settings you are using for the bios...
I am having one h3ll of a time trying to get this combo working...
My last resort is to use my BlueTooth MX Keyboard & Mouse set on my K8N Neo2 & just use the older MX Keyboard & Mouse Set for the DFI...
That, & can someone let me know what bios settings are the best for VX4000. Either just le me know by typing what settings are used in the bios or take a snapshot of AMD64Tweaker...
I have a few snapshots but don't know whether these settings are best or not.
Cheers,
Minnyboy
changed the USB power jumper on board ?
tried with the diNovo bundle (i am testing it for a hardware site) and it works fine.

Now I know why it also plays up on the K8N Neo2 as well.... Just read the documentation (mind you it's nowhere on the manual) on Logitech's website & found the source of the problem..
So folks, if you run into problems with BlueTooth enabled Keyboard/Mouse/USB receivers, turn the firewall off when you're installing the siftware/drivers for the product. Especially if you're using any of the NF4 based Firewalls...

Maybe because Bluetooth is a network connection? ;)
Oh no it's not run :( . System crashes if i set up over FSB 210 like 220 HTT is 4x. Can you give me your full settings? It's easier for me to test the system.Quote:

bank interleaved off of cause, but thats standard. 32 bit granularity 8 burst..... rest is just standard.....set all USB jumpers on the board to 5VSB instead of 5, and only using marvell web interface... using 310 bios but i will soon change to 326 ...
so are you STILL at 2.7V ?!?!?!Quote:
