deluxe also is ok. Do you use GTX 570 580 ? I heard that GTX 260 and 275 can SLI on this MB.
Only pro has this problem. I fresh reinstall win7 sp1 3 times and I always got same result ----- NO SLI !!!:mad::mad::mad:

I need little recomendation. I need to get new memory for my P8P67 deluxe and I have two choices:
1. Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB kit CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9 (1866MHz 9-9-9-24 @ 1,5V)
or
2. Corsair XMS3 2X4GB kit CMX8GX3M2A2000C9 (2000MHz 9-10-9-27 @ 1,65V)
From what I've read I should go with 1866MHz kit since it has better latency and there is no 2000MHz option on Sandy Bridge and also save some $?
Thanks
I tried from the rated 1.35 to 1.55V... None give extra stability.
Weird because IntelBurnTest can do 20x 8Gb runs and not crash. The crashes are random.
Weird, I had SLI a few days and it just vanished.
And I have disabled power saving in Windows, but after a while my screen goes blank!! While Windows is running WTF?? And it's not the power plan because Windows keeps working. Can't get the screen back and always need to reboot with power button. Really weird.
And yes, I cleared CMOS many times :(
This POS is haunted. Sent mail for RMA for GB.
I'd like to you check a few things.
1. Are you on Windows 7 SP1? If not, you'd have to download a patch or it wouldn't matter if you are 6 days pass, you will crash randomly.
2. Are you using Offset voltage? If so, you should use Regular or Medium for your LLC. SBs can scale between high and low clocks very fast but the voltages many times don't change as fast and it can cause crashes. By using lower LLC, your resting voltages stay higher so you'll have lesser chance to crash.
3. It might be that you are undervolting your CPU or Ram. In these years, I see this trend that people want the lowest possible voltage for their hardwares but this can actually hurt you. Try bumping up a few notches. It doesn't matter if you were Linx stable for 5 days. Just try it.
4. You shouldn't touch IO, SA voltages. They do absolutely nothing for stability nor they give you lower voltage. Asus and Intel stated this already.
Hope you fix your comp.
Kingston HyperX Grey 2133 CL9 kit works pretty well on these boards, 2256MHz CL7-11-8-25 1T.

Well the stability issues are random and everything gets enough voltage. CPU aswel as RAM.
Mailed the store for RMA, no SLI and the memory issues are a hassle. I'm picking up a B2 or 3 Gigabyte...
Is there alot of diference from the P8P67 to the P8P67 PRO? its another 20€ for the Pro thats why i am asking.
Diagnostics readout on the motherboard, plus the inclusion of the Intel branded NIC is about it for the difference between the two.
What do you mean by Diagnostics readout and Intel branded NIC? sorry if its a simple question but i really dont know :)
Oh if thats the only diference then ill go for the normal, im not thinking of doing CF or SLI :)
Ya ive checked that out other then the extra PCI X slot theres nothing else really so i will probobly go for the normal P8P67 :)
Btw how are the Gigabytes and the MSi any good or better then these for OC?
Thanks :)
I'm having some weird RAM problems with my P8P67 Pro. I'm using 2 sticks of 2GB G.Skill ECOs DDR3-1600 7-8-7-24. The problem is I can't get them to even boot at their X.M.P. specs @ 1.35V. I tested them in a P55 board and they worked perfectly, so I assume it was just a P55-RAM-on-P67 hickup.
But then I ran into some very weird behavior: trying out DDR3-2133, I found out a tRCD of 9 causes an infinite cycle of reboots. Instead of hanging with the DRAM LED on as was expected, the POST goes past the VGA phase, then the PC shuts down. With the exact same settings, I can boot into Windows with a tRCD of 8 (yes, 8) although it is not very stable, which doesn't make any sense.
Has anyone seen anything like this?
By any chance anyone known which BIOs is best for the vanilla/regular P8P67? Was able to get a B2 revision.
Same Dimms ( ECOs DDR3-1600) same problem with the newest 1305 BIOS they work at 1.5v before that I needed to go to 1.55 to get them to boot at CAS 8, never seen them boot at over 1600 either on this board on a P55 I could both boot them at lower voltages and at higher speeds.

anyone know if b2 and b3 model bios are interchangeable?
I am running the same ram at 2133 8-10-7-27 at 1.65v and it is 3DM06 stable
