That will translate to 4002mhz for the X5670's with the 23 multi.
Kind of stinks that these things do take a lot of VTT I need 1.58V to run my mem at 1072mhz 7-8-7-20. The cpu doesn't need it but memory does. If you underclocked your memory you would probably have more success with low VTT and higher cpu clocks.

Actually it IS the CPU needing the VTT... the IMC, to be exact. Because you are running Uncore = 2*dram, your uncore speed is very high, hence requiring a lot of VTT to be stable.Quote:
