Very nice score guys! I gave it some pimpage over at HEXUS  since it's a multiple of 10,000 barrier breaking score (otherwise I'd be posting WRs left right and center recently :D)
Nice!

Lol, that 2.56ghz class is a big one...
Eshbach's score is a great one, but as he said, it's not a record. Stinger has the air record with a few hundred points more.
WAY TO GO guys.........Europe is coming up I think........ :D :toast:

Congrats guys! Keep up good work and hope for new records!
No portugal beer in Ukraine, so i bought Corona to celebrate new achievement :) Cheers!
Aye, here's some russian coverage: http://modlabs.net/?id=394 Just posted a news item on our site...
owesome stuff, what frequency does a P4 need to achieve this score....!!!!!!!!!!!
mata2974
Well, for P4EE+875 i believe that 5-5.2 GHz with similar mem clocks (270 2-5-2-2) well be enough :)
wow, 5.0-5.2... those FX-53's really own the EE's in 01 dont they...
whats the highest clocked p4 3dmark01 stable?
I was wondering too, so I did a search in futuremark.
Follow this link hit "Show me the projects" button, scroll a little and you'll see a P4@4585 from Shamino@VR-Zone
This is only for 3dmark2k1 at default setts
no, Fugger have 4677 MHz (http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k1=7742771) and my teammate Big_Sam have 4597 MHz
Ricky, Pedro, so, when you will have the system ready ? :D :slobber:
we can't wait  :banana4:
Hiya Macci :)
You should tell Futuremark to update 3D2001 so they can get this score published.
I'm sure you have contacts:D
OPP
I think macci ran his EE @ 47xxMhz thru 3dmark 01 with 5:4 setting..Quote:

Awesome scores!

now...where's that 41k score? ;)
Very Nice for The Eyes :) I'm sure there will be more!!
Nice to see it up there :toast: :toast:
Lets see what the usual suspects can do now, that is a big gap.
I'm hoping Opp has a brand new FX55 on order and has his cascades up to scratch ( not that I am biased towards XS of course :) )
Once again, fantastic result.

Andy

graeat work!!
Grats on 40k++
very nice, has anyone reported the bug to FM yet? wanna see this posted on the inquirer and in headlines on other forums :toast:
EDIT: just saw the FM link, sweeet!!
Pedro, time to turn up that machine that last notch and flex nuts. ;)
bias is when you like one side of something, (in this case, XS, over any other overclocking team) and want them to win 100% of the time.Quote:

do you understand now?
Thanks very much pik-ard
btw, pik-ard stands for captain Picard from Star Trek TNG?
my god, sick score again, I compared this to my ti4200 and ive never seen such long bars! your beating me by a mile in every test, and your nature is over 3x mine  we look forward to 800/680 gpu clocks, 3.5GHz cpu clocks and like 42k ;) also Im sure opp and macci may have a winchester on the way ;)
yes, thats were i got the name. ;)Quote:

I know hes running 40Mhz lower cpu-clock, but look at his HTT. If bandwidth gives a nice boost in Car-low, which i dont think it does, he would have been up there with Jason who is running 230HTT.
Im still a bit curious.
Pedro/Ricky: Come on.. let us in on the tweaks. I know you´ve got an ace up your sleve. Give us a piece :p: :D
Its all in the memory timings ;)Quote:

The discrepancies you are seeing are probably a result of the different memory settings people are using and some minor differences in their test order/tweaks (car, lobby or drago favoured ... guess which one I use :) )
Good News :)
3DMark2001 has been raised, seems we can bench again :D
Heres is Futuremark's e-mail :
Thank you Futuremark to continue to support the best and most complete benchmark ever made :DQuote:

Hi,
This should now been corrected as the max score limit for 3DMark2001 has been raised.
Best Regards,
Futuremark Support
(unquestionably for me and Ricky 2001 still is "THE Bencmark") :)
Great support, great company ..keep the good work Futuremark!!

Thank you CodeRed for your good explanation :)Quote:

now that 40k is broken, do you and ricky have plans to break 41k or even 42k? :D anyone else wanna try for 40k as well? *looks at OPP and Macci* ;)
I was just looking at the 40.6k score.
I have to say that is just incredible POWER boys:D
Makes me want to go out and sell everything I own and look for a 3.4 FX chip:D
Nice :toast:
OPP
wow thats insane he got you in every test despite having a slower gpu although the bars for drag low is pretty short compared to the other tests. This tells me gpu does make a little difference in drag low if your cpu is that fast already ;) you have a gpu advantage so I recon you only need like 3.35GHz to break 41k ;) you have a choice, either get a winchester 3200+ for just over $200 or a fx55 for just over $800 :D which would oc better? you could sell your current fx53 if you still have that cpu and itll help with your upgrade and quest to 41k for top spot, good luck man :D
So, are you going to buy my current FX-53 for the cause? :DQuote:

dont hold anything back, max out your gpu clocks too, we think you got the skills and clocks for 42k, why hold it back ;)
"C'mon my bench comrade let's give OPP and the others the oportunity to bench first ..that's more fun"
The odds of a fx53 doing 3.5GHz is miniscule and its costy to go thru 100+ of those to find the gem. I had a talk with my friend and I told him its gonna be 5 or 6 months before anyone can beat ricky and pedros score of 41-42k I said itll be till the san diagos before we begin to see many 40k scores since current fx cpus are maxed out. get the highest you can ricky and pedro and enjoy top spot for like half a year :toast:

Nevertheless you underestimate the tremendous capacity of xtremesystems members like Macci, OPPainter, Fugger, Shamino and others - these guys are the best overclockers on the face of the earth :toast:
I will never underestimate them, checking the best scores, Macci has a 36k score and OPP is ahead with a 38.4k and we all know how hard 40k is. Rickys cpu ocs way better than both of theirs
ricky's FX is a gem , i'm curious to know what this chip is capable in aircool , surely 2700-2800 mhz rock, stock vcore ,with stock heatsink.
What luck you had !!!!!
So incredible chip !! :slobber:
When i think my poor FX53 gives me only 2520 in aircool with 1.65v i want to cry :(
i'm sure my future FX55 will not give me the same
i think the luck is better than cascade cooling , ricky can owns most of the cascades/fx53 on the orb with this chip with just Mach2 or LS.
I wonder what ricky's fx would do with casade, 3.7GHz? I think he had 2.8GHz at 1.55v just a .5v bump for that. No other fx overclocks close to that and this is why I think he will have the 3dmark record for half a year till san diago comes

If you're going to spam nonsense, at least get your facts straight. I mean, how in the world would you know that an FX would take a 0.5V bump to reach a certain speed???
No need to be rude, I mistyped cascade. And its not .5v, its .05v and I know cause they said so in another post how much the volts was bumped. also I thought Ricky used a plain old prometeia which doesnt get as cold as cascase
