GrossmeisterB and Ssilencer: Try to keep it clean here and use PMs if you have to...
Great job and welcome to the forums :toast: :DQuote:

Want an argument?
OK
You ed about our controllers, calling them "expensive"; "fancy" and that they costs more in shipping too, instead of concentrating on your controller features.
You first said that you are an engineer, too busy and with famaily (?¿) to make them comercially, 3 post later you told every people that posted to send you a pm so you can sell them one of yours, so hipocrital?
So, what Unseen did? What he had to do, talk about his controllers features, not bashing other people work to get customers.
Also, Unseen is a member of this comunity, he had helped a lot of people here, he posted info on every unit he did and he had being here for a long time, you are nobody from nowhere with the only interest to people work? You don't even offered any help or shared any advice and I think you are not even interested in this comunity more than to sell something or tell that you are an "engineer". I'm not an engineer, I'm from Argentina, and we (Golden and I) are proud of what we did with very little resources.
You can search for my posts on this forum, I'd tried to help and share the little knowledge I have about phase change and parts, what did you do?
Sorry Unseen, I didn't want to do this in your thread.
Yeah, that's what I said!! What's so wrong about it? I said that everyone who asks me will get one controller, as long as I have time to build them => at the moment I have no time to make any more controllers, because I have a lot of work to do (and yeah, I am an engineer, university degree engineer, I don't know how you call it over there, but that's what I am, a real engineer for electrial energy supplying!!!!)Quote:

Ah, ok, you think that I'm a "nobody" from "nowhere"?!?!Quote:

You call the country I live in "nowhere"? Argueing with racist facts is a very very low level! I always knew you only had these kinds of arguments!!!
BTW, I didn't offer any help yet, but I will do very soon!! I will offer the
biggest help on how to build a controller on your own, for FREE!!!
And I'm very interested in this community, and I didn't offer anything for sale here so far! But the help for this (and other) communities I will offer soon will be very huge!! And you can't say from my number of posts, that I'm
Cool off silencer
I can respect that, cant wait. But try to keep a lower profile untill then, might help you be accepted in to the community.Quote:

But you have to accept that there are other people also building controllers, so, do it as you said in this post: competition = good for everyone...
BTW, I will post up the how-to this week I think!! I just have to translate all my plans etc. into good english... :p:
great........looking forward to that, something else for me to have a go with.:toast:Quote:

sorry unseen.
Hi again :) I am back from easter holidays. I have a lot of pm's to answer. When gsmaster came back from his holidays we can start shipping the first controllers to Europe customers.
@Ssilencer - Gross
No need to argue for such a small thing... Here we are overclockers! We are making things for overclocking.
I am going to sell controllers only because not everyone can make one. I dont want to make money from xs members...
By the way Gross i dont think that it is a very good idea a guide to controller because of 220v or 110v!
unseen, it wouldn't be hard to adapt the controller with a simple transformer swap, provided it isn't sensetive to the ac frequency.
The controller is based on Atmel ATmega8-CPUs...they're quite cheap to get, and a programming interface is cheap, too...I'm allready working on the guide, I just have to edit all my plans etc., and write some nice text... :-)
It doesn't matter if you have a 220VAC to 12VDC or a 110VAC to 12VDC-converter, it will work with both of them!! The relais I use is for 250VAC also, so nothing to worry about...
But let's stop talking about me and my controllers, this is Unseen's thread!!
I will post up a thread in the next few days!!
The package dont include transformer cause it is a bit heavy and the shipping cost will be higher than it costs.Quote:

Will either one be able to read -150C temps? I need a controller for my autocascade.....
no -150 measuring from my controller :(
Lucky s7 ;)
Then what's the lower limit of your controller?Quote:

-70c My controllers are for Single stages.
Ahhhh...OK...but mine's a single compressor :wth: :p: Nice stuff here....good luck with the sales! :toast:Quote:

Get some stainless steel with 1,5mm thickness, a brother who cuts it into the right size, and a dremel => start dremeling, buy a 240x64 pixel graphical display => ask brother to get you some "Makrolon" (kind of plexi, but far better to work with), put it all together...Quote:

The G-Froster should read that mate. PM Ssilencer about it, but I don't really think we should be asking about other ppls controllers in unseens thread lol.
It's a nice value controller that Unseen, may pick one up from you at some point.
Boardy
-200 to +100 is ok for you? ;)Quote:

Now unseen ever thought about using k-type probe? It is bit painful to use AD converter (unless microproc has that capability with good resolution) but it should be not hard to implement if cost is not big issue...
the next model will have :)
I must then change the limits in the program (that will support your controllers) for the chart that shows the temps because now it can read only down to -100 :). I think -200 will be ok..
