uccc's stock speed is 200mhz out of samsung's fab, it needs to be a slightly special set to do 250mhzQuote:

i just wonder how come the stick who all using week0552 cannot performance well only... :(
Just to ask .... so this 0552 [UCCC batch] and 0609S [Team Xtreem Batch] is a pretty good batch of UCCCs ?
Nice clocking anyway ! DDR620 is sure some good stuff !!!
OPB,
Are these, or any of the Team Group RAM avaiable in the UK???
regards,
Matt
1. Guys, here is what I figured out from testing over 20 pairs of UCCC
if you have 0552, then go for at least 280 @3-4-3-x; some of them even can do up to 285~290mhz near 2.7v
2. There is no need to give too much juice on this UCCC,2.67~2.7 might be the sweet spot
**Matt Hirst, you can pm me about your question. Thank you.:)
i wonder does SuperPI 32M passed can consider system stable or not ?
i can get SuperPI 32M passed, but just not in Prime95/SP2004GO. :(
btw, im thinking to order one unit of 2x1GB DDR500 TeamXtreem to try out :D
before i order, i wish someone can enlight me a bit.
thanks.
Just got my TeamXtreem DDR500 UCCC,
seem it cannot stable at 260MHz, 3-4-3/4-8, no matter 2.6v or 2.7v in SuperPI32M... :(
any help ?
BIOS using the latest one from DFI website.
Here...try these settings....good luck :toast:Quote:

btw,
what is your setting for Drive Strength and Data Drive Strength ?
http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/9...setting0qu.png
here is my setting for 250MHz,3-4-3-8,1T,2.6v+0.3v enable.
Prime stable 19hours for this setting.

more than that, no go... :(
For your cpu - try 8/2 (DS/DDS) ;) Also, if your sticks can't run as tight as mine, just loosed the trp ->4 or trrd ->3......
try your setting already,Quote:

can RMA in this kind of condition ?
what would yield better performance results, 2x1GB DDR500 2-3-2-5 or 2x1GB DDR550-600 3-4-4-8 timings?
I saw these sticks running at 300FSB in an earlier post at 3-4-4-8. Do the latest sticks from xtreem work this well?
A weaker drive strength and a data drive strength doesn't lower the possible max frequency of the RAM?Quote:

I have some stability problems with 1T setting (now it works 2T).
