Our store sends those customers to hell.. :S freaky place where i work...whenever smth is burned it is the customer who has done it and our shop wont accept to send it anywhere... is that legal?? :S

Yeah we do that where i work... unless they get really angry about it, then we send it away and make them wait 4 weeks for their h/w to be more 'officially' rejected
