In any case the setup hasent been finished. When its finished I will tweak the settings.
EDIT: forgot to say. Sharp eye you have there.
Well Another update.
I started with the front and plainly just filled the side holes and bottom holes. Then I cut the front grill.
Here she is withought clear coating.

A fiew shots of it fully bolted together and clear coated.

I also put in a key witch will disable and enable the power button.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01547.JPG
A shot of the case feet. I simply used the old feet and painted them and clear coated them and bolted a set of rubber feet under to dampen case vibrations.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01548.JPG
Thats all for now.
I am working on the other panel and will start work on the top of the case.
I also have a question for onlookers. Should I paint the top silver and give it a two tone look?
nice progress the finish project should look nice.
The other side panel is finished. I painted and polished it then put in the plex.
check it out.

Sweet ^^
I have to say, i dont like the design you chose for the window that much, but thats personal :)
Your rite. A buddy of myne said it looks like a bread loaf. But it suits my taste. Reason I like it is because its all round but it has two sharp points. So its gentle and tough at the same time.Quote:

I love everything about this case except the window design as well. For some reason it just doesn't seem to flow with the style of the rest of the case; it kind of clashes with it instead. I really love the work you did on the piping and the handles on the front of the case was definetly a cool and inventive idea. Excellent work jaguarking11 :toast:
very nice work... it'd be interesting to see the precise listing of the tools you used throughout the process...and also to see what kind of temps you get.. i would think that with minimal effort you could make a pretty good chiller setup just by covering the Copper piping with a layer of DICE/Acetone mix but there may not be enough cross area..
either way very professional looking.. Great Job
UPDATE time.
And the primary shroud. (Its not the final product) It will be covered by something else when I fabricate it.

Another shot.
http://home.earthlink.net/%7Ebrukla/...6/DSC01554.JPG
I was planing on using my old maze4 gpu block thinking it should be ok.
Well this is what it looks like.
http://home.earthlink.net/%7Ebrukla/...6/DSC01555.JPG
The funny thing about this is that I also had a swiftech block with a larger alu lid that was anodised and that survived unharmed. I was also running so mutch aditive that my tubes were stained brown and this still happened. DD realy droped the ball. They will hear from me about this.
Luckily my buddy had a spare maze4 gpu block he could lend me that was undamaged untill I could get my block situation sorted out. Im thinking about geting a swiftech mcw60.
Enough of my yapping. Here is the plumbing.
http://home.earthlink.net/%7Ebrukla/...6/DSC01558.JPG
And the flow sensor installed but not connected as of now.
http://home.earthlink.net/%7Ebrukla/...6/DSC01559.JPG
On a side note, The loop is not geting afected by the flow sensor. AT this point I think its acting as a jet on the block or something.
More testing required.
Till next time.
Tools used for plumbing are very simple.Quote:

clean up those wires!!
maybe put them in pipes too? :p:
only one word man, 1337! O man that is sweet. Great job.
Thanks guys. Apreciate it.
As for cleaning the wires. Those will be handled when time comes. Still a fair bit from being completed.
Stay tuned. IT should come together in the next two weeks or so.
Crazy modding man!
XTREME to the max!
Rocking job!
hey btw i remember you asking if you should leave the top silver or not, imo it would be better black.
keep up the good work!
This is one of the best W/C mod's i've seen yet.
Thanks for the encuragement guys. Here is a small update for you.
I got tired of the pump noise. The main problem is that the pump resonates through the case. So I decided to cover it in foam. Went to home depot and bought some stuff. Here she is.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01560.JPG
My new top from danger den. Honestly they have been exelent in replacing the top. Brand new top and off I go.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01569.JPG
Other side of the top.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01570.JPG
It feels extremly light compared to the alu but it feels durable too. Time will tell how this goes.
Filter mod.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01576.JPG
The way I did this filter mod is actualy simple. Take a womans stocking, strech it over something flat and spray with clear coat in a dusty fashion. Let dry for 10-15min ensuring the clear is not completly dry and take off the flat surface. Cut to shape and use some glue to glue it on. This should be washable as well as do a very good job at keeping dust out. I used a zalman grill that I cut and filed to shape needed.
Here it is mounted.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01580.JPG
I think it looks good.
I also painted my DVD-burner. I only painted the front. It looks beautifull.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01585.JPG
Mind you the smudge is a effect of light and dust.
I had to redo the digidoc. I think it looks better like this.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01605.JPG
Dont mind the fingerprints. I need to do some cleaning.
My fan reversed to the correct way and a little nose cone action.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01607.JPG
I polished the cone on my drill with a bit of sandpaper and clear coated it afterwards.
http://home.earthlink.net/~brukla/im...6/DSC01607.JPG
This cone is actualy a foot of some sort. Looks good there though.
Hope to finish some soldering and starting on the top soon.
