6800GS single at 7k on 3D05 would be amazing :eek:
so are all 6800 gs pretty much guaranteed to get 6k in 05 when overclocked?
As long as your not CPU Limited I see no reason why most 6800GS's cant hit 6k.
I'm pushing for 12k in SLI right now... 11,7k tonight.. Still on Factory heatsinks... no Mods

I was gonna do SLI too, but it looks like I will not have enough space with the Artic Silencer installed. :(

Damn nice card! Still doesn't beat the c3d x800GTO(16p) in single but when u can run 2 of these 6800GS in SLI, for almost no money at all, this card rocks.
I going to order 2 next week and try SLI (Never tried SLI before).
May be a positive experience.

I just bought 2 - 6800 gs xfx cards, saw alot of 03 and 05 scores with a single card, but would would it do in sli - 01' and 03' scores on a venice 3200@2800mhz? Any guestimates ?

well so far i benched one card on stock cooling got up to 546/1310 on the xfx card , this thing rocks! did 14.5k in 03 http://service.futuremark.com/compare?2k3=4476964
going to do sli later , then water and v mods + sli
My 6800GS is definitely faster than my Sapphire X800GTO² in all benchmarks. I know that some C3D X800GTO cards get higher bench scores but overall the GS comes out on top in single.Quote:
