with old BH5, you just need to set "Max Async Laitency" and "Read Preamble Time" to Auto and "DRAM Data Drive Strenght" to "Level 4" then "DRAM Drive Strenght" to Level 5~Level 8, all others settings didn't influence the reslut
try this with BIOS 309-1 or 310, there are i think the betters :toast:
Here is mine AB0

Don't know what's the best for testing HTT, i used this for 400HTT and crashed in 20 seconds so it wouldn't be too bad.. :toast:
Maybe but Im not alone with does "low HTT" R.ABO boards :stick:Quote:

We are not saying that they're not phisically the same... but there are different components on them, the newer ones have the epoxied NF4 chipsets and that can't be argued.Quote:

nV has epoxied the chipsets in order to prevent closing bridges that could enable SLI or SATAII, but it's simple to take it off, a knife will do the job.
There are also variances among batches and perhaps (as with CPU's) earlier versions are better than they have to be -- by more -- than later ones? I have a SLI-DR R.AA0 coming that I plan to test with all of the same components that are on my R.AB0 to see what happens.
You can take the platic crap off and still mod it to SLI if you feel so inclined. 1 more min of work.
