Can I ask you. I'm designing phasechange SS unit for manufacturing in small series for overclockers (-40°C at 250W load with 440x250x250mm case size). Where did you got metal wire tube over the suction line insulation. (difficult to say exactly, I don't know how it's called in english). Similar tubes are also on expensive PSU's but smaller diameters. Can't find any similar local stores. fell free to pm me or to write to my ICQ no : 860 80 981.
I get back that system for rebuild, new painting, new gas, new suction line + evap and we will see some temps tomorrow ;)
