put drive strengths at 7/3
change your idle cycle limit to 16
max asynch to either 7 or 8
for the ram timings copy mine
set HT multiplier to 4x?
I assume you've done that already.
How about your cpu? have you downed the multiplier to make sure your cpu isn't the limit?
