Really strange behaviour for TCCDs.
Are you sure they are not Hynix B? Do they boot @ 200 Mhz 2-2-2-5 (if yes, they are TCCD) or could you please paste the P\N?

No @275 is just for bench, but it is still rock @265@3.3v
For 2225@200Mhz they only need 2.6v.
Pumbaa, they didnt work with the MSI either..
on a side note i got my memory back from RMA, but it was thew newer PC4800.. but im having nasty issues with it. apparently it doesnt want to memtest above 295mhz despite using ANY timmings. this really does blow. and it isnt stable in windows at 295.. im at 280 right now and this really blows.
My old tccd would do 315 and 310... tony even told hte RMA guys to just reprogram the spd.. i guess they ignored that or that the mem was more fried than we had suspected.

u have 3200 el plat..?? if so.. well u fried ur dimms... the warranty only goes to 2.9volts, and 3.2v is WAY over the warrantied limit.

well you should NOT RMA it as you voided the warranty, and doing so (RMA'ing it) is fraud and subject to legal penalty.
Same thing just happened to me the other day actually. Would even go into Windows at anything other than CAS 2.0. RMA came a couple days ago and they sent some with the new TCC5 chips. They won't go over about 240-245. Bummer. :(

even get a rma sucess won't be getting the same chip again...

Ive had some funnies with my TCCD. When i first bought them they would do 280MHz 2.5-3-3-8 @ 2.7V. Over time their speed has degraded. Their best now (after 6 month) is 260MHz 2.5-3-3-8 @ 2.85V. :(
I have OCZ Rev 2 strange thing is mine loves low volts mine errors at 2.7 yet at 2.6 it runs at all speeds. Strange stuff this TCCD, very glad mine like low voltage cos that's less heat to get rid of :-))))
oh wow I'm not alone with this problem. I have the same exact problem as the maxxracer, my ocz plat rev 2 refuses to run cas 2.5 even at 180mhz. It can memtest at cas 2.5 till 270mhz easy but it will not enter windows. I was running 270mhz 2.8v 2.5-3-3-7 for 2 months straight, then 1 day while gaming the system bsoded and it would not run cas 2.5 again.
now i run the ram at 240mhz 2-3-3-7

no fix.. have to RMA. if your lucky you will get PC4800 Elite plat like I did. These sticks do 307 @ 2.5-3-3-6. They will do more, but the mem controller cant take it.
I had this happen to me too for some very strange reason. However I did manage to get the sticks to work at cl2.5! But it was only very temporary. I had some crappy TCCC sticks that had a default of 2.5-4-4-8 @ 200MHz so I threw those in (set everything to default in terms of timings and voltage), they booted just fine. I took them out and threw the OCZ sticks in (TCC5) and they worked of course at 2-2-2. I set the cl to 2.5.. and guess what? That worked too. It worked fine at 2.5 until I changed the other timings, then changed the cl back to 2 again, and then 2.5 would no longer work...
TCCD/TCC5 has to be the strangest memory to ever be introduced to the computer industry.
