Nope, tRAS at 1 or 0 compared to 8 is worth about 50MB/s - 70MB/s in Sandra Unbuffered.

No drivers required, LOW power consumption and they can stand high PCI frequenzy (if the locks don´t work).

Due to more space between CPU and GFX, and also the power consumption is much less with a sucky pci gfx rather than a top end gfx.
