3.3ghz on chilled liquid :slobber: very nice! I want!
2.72 on air is what you said you got? not bad at 1.4v sucks that more volts dont help but im not supprised, its like that for many 90nm winnies too. Remember fx57 will come at 2.8GHz at 1.4v so its only 200MHz away from 3GHz
I know what im getting to replace this pos CBBID!
3700+!
read more carefully, that is what his winchester gets.Quote:

This link is on the first post :slap:
Strange thing i'm testing actually the stability with OCCT and i've got about the same max stable with water -30 or -5 : 3113Mhz, Vcore 1.45v
I'd started with water at lowest temp , and powered off my compressor :

BTW : No comments about the SD/CH compares ??? , i thought it would be interresting :(
@misteroadster
How about prime95 then? asked already, buy can you run it please! Stability-test the old fashioned way ;) Thanks! :toast:
I hope I understand correctly that misteroadster's 3700 is being tested. His CPU snaps off a 25.7 second 1M SuperPi at 3.22Ghz and 1.536v. Misteroadster's 3700 compares favorably with boblemagnifique's 3700 on thread page 6 which is topping out at 3.1Ghz with 1.7v. Still too early to tell but if those two CPUs represent the average range of overclocks on the 3700 then this CPU has plenty of "bang for buck" to offer those (like myself) who are reluctant to buy a FX. :) Just need more reviews to confirm 3ghz+ OC sweet spot for the 3700.
Aren't these things like $335 a piece? So 2x is less than 1 FX55...

I love this screenshot :DQuote:

Hopefully they will run close to 3gz..
Hate the waiting game tho.

i'm talking about my own chips, but i had a lot of winnies (15 perhaps), just one really loves vcore, it wanted 1.7v to reach the max stable frequency, even in aircool.
Increase Vcore at more than 1.6v helps just for Xtremescreenies with my moderate cooling.
mr. roadster is that 3.5Ghz prime stable though???
Nooooooooooooooo, it's totally unstable of course, Xtremescreen !!!! :D
Max prime updated, 45Mhz better than my old FX55 +50Mhz boost from perfs clock for clock, it equals to 95Mhz better. :woot:
wow can u get a 3dmark score with it?
yes i'm going to do that, with X850XT@PE stock but the score will be worse for the clocks, i know a DFI is a lot better than my giga.
Man I cant wait until Sparco gets these in stock. Nice results misteroadster
