One good Kreton VT stick in pic.
4 Passes at 270 then errors starts showing.
Single channel and interleaving ON.

I have a set that runs 230 max at 2.97v, more voltage did not help[I can go 5.1v:D] so not too good compared to others reported. Mine was in a 2x256 twinmos TMII400 kit.

u have to check the sticker itself.. walk into the shop and check :)

or mail them and see if they're good enough to help u

Hi Guys, Thanks for such a lovly thread. I need to know if I should really go for "Corsair TwinX 1024" Winbond-BH(5/6???)? A Shop in SLS, Singapore is saying dat it has those dimms. About 110 US$, is it ok? DO I get it anyways or DO I need to Check first? Plz suggest ASAP.

if they say they have v1.5 or v1.4 then they are BH dies.. if they can confirm and guarantee u the revision then go for it :)

Thanks BabyElf,

I mailed the shop contact and he replied that they surely have Corsair TwinX based on Winbond BH-? dies... so I have asked my friend to get me a pair of those..... and I have also asked my cousin staying Singpore to get DFI NF4 Ultra D for me so I am gonna kick some but-t now with this setup.

Update when I have got the dope. ;) ......... :toast:

Can I ask which Corsair ram model are you exactly referring to?

Just info from Gskill, GBGH is UTT CH-5 0.13µm chips, not UTT BH-5 !

Might be the same IC like Redlines and OC better at CAS1.5 and boot at 2.5v DDR400

it's still hard to tell for the geil at the moment... check the side of the IC and see whether u have 2 metal strips on the side..

generally needs BHDC to have any chance of winbond

4 solder balls on bottom = hybix
2 = winbond

Hey guys.... Got the RAM (TwinX1024-3200) but mb is still a week or two away :( Even tho Im not feeling too well I did early tests and tho lable on sticks reads 3-3-3-8 (CPU-Z SPD 2.5-3-3-8), RAM is stable (playing EE-II and 3hrs of Sandra Burn Test) at 220MHZ as of now doing 2.5-3-3-6. I know not too great but MSI RS480 does this much and I must thank Mr. CPUZ for that. I will post results once "da powerhouse" arrives :)
