Thanks for the new BIOSs OPB :D
It apparently depends... for me 7 on 2x512MB TCCD has been much better than 8  Different TCCD tho :p:Quote:

I think EB is closer to UTT than it is to TCCD so I would use that as a starting point.

i tried all 3 bioses and 414-3 was the best :)

Thanks OPB, I think I just gained stability (maybe not really :D ) with my 4800LA and CBBID though the benches are the same as before.
Interesting how little one gains in SuperPi increasing clock while relaxing timings. This TCCD cannot hold a candle to BH-5 despite all the Sandra 7500+ benches.
thanks a lot master onepagebook :toast:
can u post the settings that you are using pls?:)Quote:

325 and 326 set drive to normal by default, all others set weak drive by default. this is actually against AMD's recomendation.
TCCD likes a weak drive, BH5, UTT, hynix, Mosel, promos, micron, etc all like a normal drive strength.
So you have a board tuned for TCCD, so you have to tweak it to get other IC's to work better.
Usually 260HTT i set TRRD to 2 and TRWT to 2.Quote:

Centon TCCD 507 & BP808, I have tried the 414-3 ... I can't boot at 300 MHz 2.5-4-3-5 ... without prob with 218 @ 305 MHz :(
woops forgot to reply to ya. cdrom image has been updated. all bios revisions available for public consumption is on there. still need to clean up the batch, etc (to make it more scalable as the bios revisions grow, hehe). when i get some free time i will though..Quote:

sli broadcast enable = freezing hard locks for me
The bug with .5 multiple seems to gone (sure)... but .0 multiple seems to have some issue (not sure).
The 414-3 BIOS seems to work best for me. I tried the 414-2 BIOS and got tons of Memtest errors and I couldn't OC at all. Went back to the 414-3 and everything was peachy again. Strange. I wonder if my G. Skill GH Winbond UTT modules are going to like the 414-3 as well.
Using 413-2 with all my old settings from 3-10 (i know i know but im lazy) seems to work just fine with my bh5 memory. Havent tried the other 2 flavors.
Comebacks on that sli options would be interesting
which one would be best if i was to run just any old memory? like with nanya sticks IC or something?
cuz with the one exclusively with UTT, it won't even let my boot into windows with TCCD.
i want to test my G.skills with the latest BIOS and see how high i can get them. Does anyone have a shot of the BIOS settings used to hit around 300-315 on G.skill's? That would be appriciated. Thanks.
(Psst-sig)
i Have a 1 Problem
i have bios 14/03/2005
When i put the jp17 1-2 to 3-2 my system not boot PSU CoolerMaster 450W
I hAVE this problem with 5V http://www.xtremesystems.org/forums/...highlight=jp17
try this method:
set VID to Auto -> save -> wait for POST -> shutdown -> switch off -> unplug -> wait for yellow lights to turn off -> switch to +5 -> plug in -> switch on -> power up -> enter bios -> set VID to any value -> save -> re-enter bios -> now you will see past 3.2v selectable.
I know I've asked this before but now that eveyone has had time to play with these bios, what's the best 414 bios for TCCD 440 chips, 1 or 3?
