I get mine tomorrow, 2x512 pc3500 speed premium, going to burn them in before i do anything else with them :D

as far as i know they can

a friend of mine bought a kit of these today, and i got mine today (pictures of my sticks here)

He is already doing 240+ 2-2-2-5 @ 3.2 V without burn-in :stick:

is there anything like tccd mixed with bh5 (let me explain) high mhz like tccd but with the timings from bh5, this is tecnology from the past, is there anything better??? ddr600 2-2-2-6 would be nice there you'll have a amd64 that would perform great

just a quick question... do the single 512mb sticks with Mtech printed on them o/c the same as twinmos bh5 printed ones? or do they o/c the same...?? anyone got results??

hmmm

but my mtec AA4T "CH5" can do 250 2-2-2-5 also with 3.2v (memtest 5# stable for hours) -- also without burn in -- ( i only give 2.8v for booting - for make sure it run at default - and then start giving 3.2v and got fsb 250 )

please tell your friend to test some real action @ 3.6v ~ 4v ,i curious how this "bh5" respond to higher volts

Centon is ready to make all Winbond that I want on BP 808 :)
But I need to help them.

The new Winbond chip : We can buy it directly to Winbond ?
I think not because I have never seen a chip with Winbond write on it as in the past with BH-5 ...
It's difficult :(

Also I think that BH-5 is 0.13µ and CH-5 is 0.1175µ as in the past ... CH-5 more cool but not better to ocing.

Well here in Portugal it's getting hard to find the famous chips :P so my question is how well can the CADT // Powerchip 0,11 do ?

I can get 2x512 for about 90€/Euros what i think quite a bargain...

did this with 2 pairs. 1st needed 3,36 - second 3,46 V on DFI Ultra-D

These do not overclock very well and should be avoided for any system that will be pushed much beyond default speeds.

You should have ordered it last week when it was only £43.50 inc vat per stick.

I did and I got my two "1A4T" sticks about 30mins ago :)

This is how Komplett's pricing for that item went...

Last week when I ordered = £43.50 inc vat

Day after I ordered = £49.00 inc vat

Yesterday = £46.00 inc vat

Today = £48.00 inc vat

So if you haven't ordered yet then watch that page for a few days and see if it drops again :)

Got mine yesterday (2*512 Speed Premium 3500)

I'm not done with testing , but i noticed the IC's get burning hot when pushing 3,3vdimm or more
240 Mhz 2-2-2-5 @ 3.2v is what I'm running now. (IC's are NOT hot at all )

I need better memory cooling to reach 250Mhz. Memtest 5 runs fine for 10 loops and then starts giving errors. (prolly because of heat )

What are the chances of getting either UTT or BH-5 in a TwinMOS 1GB Dual Channel Kit? Not Speed Premium. Are the sticks going to both be of the same type or could I end up with one AADT and one AA4T for instance?

Anyone know the answer to this?
