all I wrote about modifying the "
(SP) NCPUCODE" module is just theoretical stuff.
All my mainboards, which I have use an AMD processor, so I never did a
"
(SP) NCPUCODE" module modification.
Furthermore, CPU microcodes / CPU micro code updates do not need to have a size of 2KB.
They also can be 3KB, 5KB or 7KB.
You just need to check the first bytes of the first CPU code,
then you will find the others.
However, there are two ore more positions with checksums inside the BIOS file.
They have to also be fixed/corrected after the BIOS modification.
Try to use the
BIOS Information Tool(Twinssoft, StarGaz0r)

to check the different checksums inside the BIOS file
before and after the modification.
