I do! Give me a min...
which rig did you bench 127s on jeff? i ask because it's the closest score to my fx55 that i could compare. if i'm guessing correctly DX @ 3.55 is roughly equal to single fx55 @ 3.16. it'd be great to see how a dual opty system benches.
... if we could only be able to find someone that has one... :(Quote:

ok...
AMD Sempron 2400 @ 10X Multi 190fsb = 1.9GHz
Mem @ 190MHz 2-2-2-5

I have another Sempron I'm testing... lose timing vs really tight
Awsome will post mine results tomorrowQuote:

Ok... this is weird!!!!!!!!!! I did a mem timing test with this bench...
I used my Dual LV Xeon rig running at 3.2GHz.
I got 94.375 sec running the mem at 2-2-2-5
and at 3-4-4-8 I got 94.125 Sec
I improved my score by relaxing the timings?
I dont get it to work, put it in the same map as Dock.win Grid.win then klik on the bench prog but nothing is happing, waited for 5 min still nothing, what did i do wrong, help.
Do you guy's let D20L run when you do the bench?
Its on my xp-m rig.
Close D2OL.Quote:

Check out this page on how to use the stock bench.

Never mind :( It's too big to attach and I don't have access to a ftp for posting programs anymore... so... just read the web page I posted... you will figure out what you are doing wrong... You can just copy Dockwin.exe and Gridwin.exe into the folder you extracted the bench files to. Use DBench.exe to launch the bench.
hopefully i can finally get my rig operational tonight, got a new HSF sitting in my car and waiting for 7 oclock to roll around so i can finally go home and install it. Will post some benchies when i get it OCed a little bit
Try again...Quote:

i should have this rig RE-watercooled with the entire system cooled (CPU, NB and GFX) and with the NB wc'd i hope to be able to get a higher stable OC (as thats why ive had to remove my good 2.5ghz oc :(
the paintjob on my new case should be ready tomorrow... then i can start installing the watercooling in it, and get it all done tomorrow :D
take care people
you're kidding, right? :stick: :slap:Quote:

No... You have to close D2OL... I know that sounds preposterous... :DQuote:

Yes and no Rod. When we were doing the Sandra memory benchmarks there were some really strange things going on there. I don't know what to think honestly. :shrug:Quote:

BTW... Daddy has the night to himself tonight so I plan on doing some benchmarking. I'm also going to look up what I need to do the Vcore/Vdroop mods and stop by the parts store for a minute. ;)
Throwing a benchmark into the D2OL fray is *DANGEROUS*! I used to bench SETI@Home for weeks on end trying to get the nth bit of performance needed to take another step. :D Hell... I may have to get an AMD rig just to bench D2OL. (wish I was kidding really... :()
Well this is good news and bad... (I'll have to do more testing first... )
If we can't run tight timings then it's no big deal... as it doesn’t gain us anything. We can relax the timings and OC more. :D
But... this also eliminates one way for us to tweak and get more out of our rigs...
We will have to test this more... It was late when I ran that test and I was uber sleepy.
You're not saying you think it might not be accurate are you?Quote:
