Im sure if i got a XP-90 and some BH-5 i think ill be able to hit 4GHz my board offers 3.3v to the ram thanks to older BIOS :)i have to RMA my PDP and i think ill sell it and get some BH-5 see what i get thanks for the complement but i wont know till i try lol
-
no need of BH5 to reach fsb 200
you can use 1:1 ratio , if you don't want to be limited by your memory
-
Very very good this CPU :)
-
for some reason i cant seem to set a divider on my MSI board so i cant : / but im sure if i get some BH-5 i wont have probs :)
-
very nice p4 1.8A.. :)
I have same, we probably bought it at the same guy in france... :D (steph hfr..)
mine is just running @2.6 with 1.525 in barbone with stock cooling :)
-
confuzzedintel > on my IC7 I can set the "cpu strap" , so I can make my mobo believe my cpu is a fsb 800 one
evilrules > that's right ;).
-
wow, really nice cpu!
i think the p4a are really good cpus. my p4a 2600mhz runs stable @ 26x133; 1,525V and a crappy barebone cooler. really like to see my cpu under wc or phase-change! only one thing is bad about them. they dont have HT! :(
-
my p4a 2.0 (100x20) does about 2.7ghz on air stock volts, my crappy mobo is limiting my oc!!! what P4 mobo could anyone recommend me for under $50?
-
abit IS7 : vcore up to 1.975V , vddr up to 2.8V , i86Pe ( dual DDR + 2 x SATA )
i'm sure you can find it for less than 50€

isn't this the WR for P4 A CPU's?
incredible OC :slobber:
-
:slobber: Really nice OC.
-
amazing! have pics of it? did you try other cpus? how well did they clock?
very nice! :toast:
-
that's only a watercooled system , nothing impressive
I don't think it's a WR for P4 A ( in % ) , I ' ve seen a 1.6 @ 3.75 Ghz
I 'll try to put in a more extrem cooling system , to break records
