APC 350VA for Vapo might be cutting it close as IIRC, 350VA = 200W and that's close to VapoLS power consumption ?Quote:

Moreover, they are experts in UPS's. You know what that means. :D

Nice copper heatpipes :toast:
Pity they're horizontal and not sloped :(
In the right side of the third picture.
I think they're pots.
doesn't matter what the rating is, you don't draw 700W all the time cos its a 700W psu. efficiency will make a small difference, but if you run same rig say on a 400W antec and this 700W zippy at same clocks same amount of time it will cost almost exactly the same amount to run.
hipro, guess i'm on the look out for one of these in europe to, will drop a link in if i find one.
might try this Zippy EU
Edit: wow those are expensive! it has been awhile since I've used the euro, just did a conversion
The Magnum shown at the CES appears to be a prototype. I think the final version will be pretty powerful.
As for now, a Zippy seems good, but pretty noisy.
Can anyone give me an accurate count of the power connectors on PSL-6701P?
Zippy / Emacs are very good power supplies, I love my 460.
They are not known to be quiet or come with any fancy bling, because their main market is very serious servers.
You can count :)
I have that too..yup, you gotta have 6701 not 6700
yup 400 euros, heck $308 at newegg is closer to £165 here, 400 euros is closer to £280-300 iirc. well i e-mailed this place xcase in the uk as they have some smaller and 2u psu's, but they do a range of antec's, thermaltakes and stuff so they might be able to get them in i guess.
Well, considering I'm only going to have one WD Raptor HDD, zero optical drives, zero fancy raver lights, and just 4 low-powered quiet 80mm fans, I'm pretty confident the 6700 will be a beast in my upcoming rig. ;)Quote:

Yep, my system never this stable. I used enermax660W before zippy and it was ok, but it was never 100% stable at 3.4Ghz.
Thanks m8, we've ordered ours from the info u gave us, 235€ a pieceQuote:
