Can't run SuperPI at that speed. Sorry. Haven't tried how high on the RAM i can run it, but here's a pic of my best time.

Still all air, and normal room temps. I'm pretty happy with that time.

This is with Gskills I just got today. Let's see if my RMA'd unit can beat this while costing slightly less to same price :) (crossing my finger hoping it will arrive tomorrow)

Well, I'm experiencing some wierd things - I'm 3dmark/ANYTHING stable @ 270mhz, so to push her further, I tried these settings:
5:6 ratio
300fsb
8xmulti
Should be getting 250mhz for my ram, memtest shows 250, but cpuz shows 240 - and I get the bandwidth of ram running at 240. Quite confused here, tomorrow we'll see if my board just hates high FSB, and if the ram runs a 5:6 ratio correctly at 200mhz.

Mine aint quite stable but does 278+ in superpi.
This is the top for my 3500+ NewCastle (hoping to get higher with the winchester thas in the mailoffice), but didnt make 1mb spi..

This is after I got a new custom chipset hsf, and it's really helping out stability - If you haven't... replace that damn stock one.
It looks like you've got a lucky combination there. That set-up is definitely a keeper. Is it 32M SuperPi Stable? Any errors in Memtest or Prime95 with those settings?
I broke down and bought a new cpu 3400+ with a date code of 0433 and its a runner for sure and made this ram alot easier to deal with using 2x512.
This setting is Prime95, SuperPI 32m, and memtest stable with both sticks at 2.5,3,3,0,7,12 and also stable at 290x9 but I'm liking the 275x10 alot better,hehe.
