congrats dude! :toast:
Congrats goes out to Chilly1 for the great work on Cascade Cooling!!
Thanks Chilly for all your help and now your awesome benches. (Congrats also to your helper..) LOL :D
Nice Work Charles - Your Awesome Tooo and your overclocks are out of this World!! :rocker:
Here is a un-patched superpi, I will tighen up the memory more. This was done without PAT and 5:4 @ SPD 2.5-3-3-8
Also I downloaded CrystalCPU, the real time clock checker is also incorrect like CPUZ.
I found myself in bios and booting at insane speeds. Here is a pic of the bios. I know I know, what am I doing with my mem voltage not maxed out... Well with 3:2 ratio I didnt need max voltage.
The vcore is maxed out.
Opp: I expect to run 3D around 5.7Ghz
Volt modding the AS8, with 1.8v + I think 6Ghz and beyond is possible.
:slobber:
that's soooo excessive :D

Here is a pic of the cracked core. I put a jewelers loop on the lens of the camera and it worked.
ouch......
painful just to look at!

i wont be seeing one of those for a while... probably... sad to see one go...
give the next one hell fugger :toast:
LOL, a guy tech savvy enough to be benching at 100 below zero with all those cascade contraptions holding a loop at the end of a camera to take a pic. :ROTF:Quote:

The AS8 only goes up to 1.75v
I have switched out to the DFI 875P-T to see what it can do.
your gonna like that dfi.the quality of componets on those boards makes my ee fly. almost to fast to play ut2k4.
I think your NB needs voltage, without mods my AS8 goes aroung 290fsb 5:4
with vmod it goes up to 300, next month i get 560J and i order LN2, lets see what i can do...
nice results :toast:
very well done FUGGER!
i wish i had your bank account!!
